In Brazil, one of the area's most affected by the disease is the Amazonas state, that shows growing malariometric indicators and signals a need for interventional actions to control the disease. In this perspective, the school system shelters a space to promote health, in biology classes, by transmitting information and contributing to the fight against malaria. Therefore, this work presents a gamebook proposition, with malaria os its theme, that may be used as a didactic device in the teaching of biology. The research is based on a quantitative-qualitative methodology on a concomitant triangulation strategy, which had the participation of 9 students majoring in biological sciences and 24 biology teachers from the Amazonas state.
