The proposed system integrates RFID technology with cloud databases, enabling continuous monitoring of equipment in various locations. This approach allows for real-time updates as assets are moved, eliminating the need for manual interventions and offering a unified view of each item's status. The system is scalable, adaptable to emerging technologies such as IoT and AI, and provides a long-term solution for organizations aiming to enhance their operational efficiency. The proposed system aims to optimize inventory management, offering a scalable solution that reduces human error, operational costs, and improves real-time asset control.
