The main objective of this study is to evaluate the implementation of regulatory standards in logistics operations involving forklifts, also considering the operators’ perceptions of daily material handling and storage activities. In this context, the study aims to identify the safety practices adopted and analyze opportunities for improvement, with the goal of optimizing transport and stacking processes while ensuring operational efficiency without compromising workers’ physical integrity. Through a semi-structured methodology, the research seeks to analyze response patterns from workers operating in sectors with a high flow of machinery used for the transport and storage of materials within an industrial environment.
