The main focus in these organisations purposes, the ones operating with the management system certified under the requirements of ISO 9001, is to have an excellent costumer service. The methodology 8D is getting popular among the professionals entangled to assure a satisfying costumer experience, fast issues solving, as well as improving the procedures in the process since the beginning. The current work deals with the quality management, mainly focused on Manaus Industrial Park and its goal is to show, by applying the 8D, the analysis of defaults in the weldability in the process SMT (surface Mount Technology) in the routers electronic boards, as well as with the effective action towards the reduction of possible issues. The methodology used to solve this issue was a field research which took 5 months to be ready. In the end it was possible to identify that the use of the 8D methodology allowed the identification of the roots of failures in weldability that the costumers were alleging to have. After a couple of analysis it made necessary the creation of a stencil over print, which permitted the proper amount of weldability to be dispensed turning the weldability much more accurate and precise.
