Supply chain management spans from the raw material stage to post-sales, highlighting the importance of planning and controlling the entire supply chain, for the best flow of information and materials. The current study aims to analyze the competitive advantages of implementing the strategy in the logistics of telecommunications companies in the market. A significant evolution can be seen in the Brazilian telecommunications services market through structural changes and the development of new technologies. The need for organizations' processes to get closer and closer to customers is a reality that affects the quality of their products and services, directly influencing the performance of the companies' logistics chain.
