2022-06-242022-06-242019-02-20http://repositorio.ifam.edu.br/jspui/handle/4321/909The present research aimed to understand the importance of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), based on the use of the Integrated Management System (IMS) within the scope of public management, and how these technological resources can positively assist in the planning, formulation of public policies and decision making. Having as research locus the Federal Institute of Education of the Amazon IFAM, Campus located in the municipality of Tabatinga-AM, the study was delineated based on three categories of analysis: Public Management, Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and Integrated Management System - (IMS).
