It’s about a proposal to the development of the Curricular Internship by Work Project and aims to contribute to the learning of teaching and training of the researcher teacher. It is directed to the teachers that guide the graduation students in the process of accomplishment of the Internship. The proposal is organized in three parts: the first refers to the theoretical bases that sustain the Work Projects and the possibilities to develop it in the Internship; the second presents the proposal for the development of the Internship by Work Projects, in addition to guidelines for doing them in the internships schools; the third is an experience narrative about the process of training by Work Projects and the monitoring of their achievement in the internships schools.
