In the methodology, the qualitative research approach was used, in the form of applied and descriptive research systematized in the classic prototyping model. In developing the work, the following tools were used: the Unified Modification Language - UML, the SCRUM agile method, “Figma” to develop a high-fidelity wireframe (the prototype), the VSCode development environment, the “Laravel framework” , the PHP programming language and the Mysql DBMS for the web platform. As an important result, videos are registered in the Database using the Youtube V3 API, precisely on the subject registration screen, without the need for the Administrator to view and watch all selected videos. Finally, after purchasing a course for the competition and entering the “classroom” screen, the student will be able to watch the content of the subjects of the subject in 5 (five) videos randomly located directly through the API, thus, during the study of the subjects, they can give “feedback” by “liking” or “disliking”, so that the content can be analyzed and updated by the system administrator, concluding that the work has achieved its expected objective.Acesso AbertoCurso para concurso público.YoutubeAPI YoutubeEducação a distância (EaD)Tecnologia de Informação e Comunicação (TIC)CNPQ::CIENCIAS EXATAS E DA TERRA::CIENCIA DA COMPUTACAO::SISTEMAS DE COMPUTACAOTubecursos: sistema de ensino com vídeos instrucionais do Youtube para concursos públicosTrabalho de Conclusão de Curso
