The proposal aims to enhance safety in electrical installations by preventing the risk of explosions caused by the activation of electrical circuits in environments with gas leaks. The device is based on LPG gas detection sensors which, upon identifying the presence of gas, automatically trigger a system to shut off the home's electrical network. In addition, to ensure accessibility and maximum safety, the system emits both sound and light alerts, ensuring that individuals with hearing impairments are properly notified. To further extend protection, the device also connects to a Wi-Fi network and sends a message via WhatsApp to the property owner, alerting them to the gas leak and enabling safety measures to be taken remotely.
