POPE presents suggestions aimed at Social Workers, based on the results of the research carried out at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Amazonas - IFAM Advanced Campus Manacapuru. The data that supported its elaboration were obtained from students who dropped out of subsequent courses and from campus employees. POPE, which aims to contribute to the work of Social Workers for the permanence and success of EPTNM students, in the subsequent modality, is organized into three parts, namely: I) origin of POPE; II) POPE actions; III) limitations and challenges for POPE implementation.
