In this sense, this study aimed to present a proposal of steps capable of structuring the participatory process in public management to Parintins. To do this, it used the survey method from a qualitative study, operationalized with the use of semi-structured interviews with subjects who had some experience in a participatory process in public management, whose data were organized in synthesizers and interpreted with the aid of the technique of content analysis.
