The sample population consisted of 25 students from the 7th grade and the research was carried out during the supervised stage I in the science classes at a private school in the city of Manaus. The qualitative study was carried out with the application of a questionnaire to obtain results and the application of theoretical and theoretical-practical classes, using biological samples and optical microscopy equipment from the microscopy laboratory of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Amazonas.
