One of these equipments is HiPOT (High Potential), which is used in a test called “test with applied voltage” being implemented to verify the electrical insulation of several products. In electric meters, this test is mandatory and standardized by INMETRO, however some companies apply it without observing the operators' job security. With this in mind, a HiPOT system was developed, which consists of a cradle where the meters are placed and they come into contact with the high voltage equipment automatically, observing the isolation of the process, and applying several NR- 12, distancing the operator from risks, and promoting a direction for similar projects to apply these concepts in automatic validation tests. Various materials were used and the importance of each one is explored in the methodology, being divided into mechanical, electrical and pneumatic and software design. The results obtained were satisfactory, since the prototype was implemented in a production line of the company Wasion da Amazônia, thus allowing the development of two more pieces of equipment to meet the company's production needs.Acesso AbertoSistema de HiPOTNR-12ProtótipoCNPQ::ENGENHARIAS::ENGENHARIA ELETRICA::ELETRONICA INDUSTRIAL, SISTEMAS E CONTROLES ELETRONICOS::AUTOMACAO ELETRONICA DE PROCESSOS ELETRICOS E INDUSTRIAISProjeto mecânico do sistema de HIPOT para ensaio com tensão aplicadaTrabalho de Conclusão de Curso
