    Análise da influência do raio de ponta de uma ferramenta na rugosidade de um torneamento de aço 1045

    This paper presents a study on the influence of pellet radius in steel processing in 1045 and aims to conduct theoretical study of machining and their parameters that influence the roughness and the machining conditions due to its cutting conditions and machinery and equipment and changes along the technology. All these factors contribute to different effects on the surface quality of a machining process, there are several ways to quantify and qualify these different changes that will also be explained in the theoretical study. The equipment and the history of evolution turning process help to understand how it was allowing the control of these data and studies of the same for improvement of production processes, and they were becoming more demanding and the final customer. The normalization of machining were also suiting the requirements of industries. This paper analyzes the roughness of machined surfaces in the cylindrical turning, conducting a study on the parameters: Cutting speed (Vc), forward (Fn) and mainly analyzing the influence of tip radius on the final quality measuring that data and putting in graphics for best viewing insert which applies the best view of the finishing process. It also performs a theoretical roughness compared to the actual achieved in assays allowing visualizing the process difference calculated for practice.
