Políticas públicas voltadas para saneamento básico: uma análise do PPA 2014/2017 do município de Tabatinga - AM

A public policy aims to modify daily life to meet the needs of social welfare. The accessing to basic sanitation is a very important aspect for a quality of life and welfare of the population. The objective of this article is to analise the prediction of resource allocation in expenditure items that compose the municipal public policies for basic sanitation in the multiyear plan 2014-2017 of Tabatinga. The choice of an analysis in the Municipality of Tabatinga occurred because the lack of basic sanitation in most recent IBGE surveys is high, considering the relevance of the municipality to the microregion of Alto Solimões. To answer the proposed objective, this descriptive research is classified as a documentary research, because it relied on secondary data as instruments. This research is structured based on the actions of the multiyear plan 2014-2017 and the expenses that are important for the areas of activity, especially those of basic sanitation, and the government programs.
