    This research comes from the Professional Master's Program of the Graduate Program in Professional and Technological Education (ProfEPT), offered by the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Amazon State (IFAM). We had as general objective to elaborate the historical trajectory of the IFAM Campus in the municipality of Eirunepé, countryside of Amazon state, through the narrative investigation provided by the interaction between the researchers and four historical subjects interviewed. The research has a qualitative character and its typology is phenomenological, of an interpretative nature. We have the historical narrative as a theoretical reference. As a methodology for data analysis, we list the narrative investigation. The semi-structured interview complemented by documentary research is configured as a data collection methodology. We made up an educational product to this dissertation, an ebook that covers the history of Professional and Technological Education (EPT) in Brazil and Amazon state, historical and socioeconomic characteristics of the municipality of Eirunepé/AM and the institution's historical trajectory. We explored the discussions through a metaphor, the historical route as a process of “forestation”, where the interviewed subjects, which we started to call “Seed”, “Butterfly”, “Metamorphosis” and “Tree”, were an integral part. Our research object remains open and other routes can be taken to investigate it. This research recorded the institution's history through the analysis of a history seen from below. In addition, it reflected the importance of defending and strengthening of IFAM/Campus Eirunepé and the institutions that are part of the Federal Network of Professional, Scientific and Technological Education (RFEPCT).

    This dissertation has the theme "Biographical Letters in teacher training processes: A methodological proposal". Divided into three chapters, it has the general objective of investigating episodes narrated by a professor licensed in Mathematics, in process of continuous formation, in a Professional Master's degree course. In addition to pursuing a research problem that was set in: Which episodes emerge from the course of authorship of a licentiate teacher in Mathematics, in processes of continued training, in a Professional Master's degree? The Methodological Procedure of the investigation is based on the counting of life stories, formative experiences and experiences through biographical letters and therefore is caucado in the qualitativity. However, it has been discovered throughout the process that these elements are of great value to educational research, which recognize subjectivity as a new perspective for the production of research papers. Moreover, the discovery of subjectivity allows for self-knowledge, revealing the pathways of authorship of each of us senders and / or recipients and makes it emerge more elements that makes this access possible, and letter writing was one of these elements, and it is from them which we relied on a bit on card experiences.

    This work brings in its textual composition my life story through an autobiographical narrative with the purpose of promoting a reflective analysis of the lived and learned from childhood to academic formation, so that this experience becomes a research tool. In the pursuit of growth as a future professional education. The paper first discusses my career in childhood, bringing the difficulties of economic nature, but mainly the challenges faced in the schooling process. The search for a better life made me leave home as a child looking for better conditions of study in order to improve my basic knowledge that allowed me to get to my background as a Physics teacher. I also bring in this work all my experience during the internships in schools as my first contact with the reality of the public schools and classrooms where I performed my activities. Finally I list the main challenges and possibilities that permeated my whole process of formation mainly during the internship practices and that by observation, based on my own school trajectory, the theorists presented here and the classroom experiences with internships will accompany me throughout from the teaching walk.

    The Refresher Course: Entrepreneurship for Teachers is the result of the dissertation "ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN TEACHER TRAINING: a formative proposal", developed in the Professional Master's Degree in Technological Teaching of IFAM, and is intended, as an initial offer, to Teachers who work in Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Acre - IFAC, Rio Branco Campus. The course will be in the classroom, with duration of twenty (20) hours and distributed in five (5) curricular components, focusing on the theme of entrepreneurship and teacher development. This course aims to present to teachers who work at IFAC, the applicability of entrepreneurship in the educational context, especially in teacher education. Thus, it is expected that undertaking in education, cease to be just a speculation or expectation and set with a real possibility and applicable in teaching practice.

    The challenge when developing resources for teaching is to seek materials, methods and models that are innovative and go beyond the traditional teaching model, based only on the transfer of informatio n from the teacher to the student. In order to build a more interactive classroom, with meaningful and active learning, teachers and students are led to demand pedagogical resources for these new models, especially those that relate theory, practice and the student's reality. The National Common Curricular Base BNCC determines the curricular bases for all stages of basic education, including High School, and guides that the approach of Transversal Contemporary Themes TCTs, among them Financial Education , is mandatory and can be done in an interdisciplinary, transdisciplinary or project based way. However, as it is a new requirement for the curriculum, there is still a shortage in the supply of resources for technical and technological education built wit h the purpose of working on this theme specifically in the classroom. Here is the problem faced in this research: in what way is it possible to work on Financial Education as a contemporary and transversal theme, uniting theory and practice and encompassin g the competences and abilities to be developed by students of Technical Courses of Secondary Level in an Integrated way? The research was developed with the objective of elaborating a didactic resource that was aimed at the teaching learning of Financial Education, mainly involving practical activities, so that teachers could use this resource in the classroom as a way of complementing theoretical classes, from the perspective of critical financial education, in order to help students build skills and comp etences for their decision making in real life, taking into account social scenarios. This research had a qualitative character, following procedures of bibliographic, documentary and action research. The bibliographic research guided, contextualized and f ounded the central object of study, Financial Education. The documentary research investigated the documents that guide the Technical High School in an integrated way, mainly regarding the insertion of Financial Education in the curriculum. Action research guided our entire methodological procedure to work in the classroom with students, in a transversal and interdisciplinary way, through theoretical classes and practical activities with students from the Technical Course in Management Integrated to High Sc hool of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd year of the Federal Institute of Amazonas IFAM/Campus Maués. The instruments used were semi open questionnaires and interviews. The methodological procedure was developed from the diagnosis, intervention and evaluation of res ults. For the intervention, 8 face to face meetings were held, 4 to work on the expository classes of each module, in addition to the initial meeting to apply a questionnaire and in the last 3 meetings we had the financial games fair. Finally, the results how that the resource developed during the research, the financial game "Balancing the Budget" is a good strategy for an effective learning of Financial Education, which should be considered by teachers as an alternative to complement the theoretical clas ses and make the contents more attractive, interactive and, above all, understandable and feasible, as this educational product awakens in the student the motivation and interest in financial education content that is difficult to understand and provides a n opportunity for teaching and learning Financial Education in a broad, practical and contextualized way.

    The referent study entitled "Entrepreneurship in teacher training: a formative proposal" is the result of research conducted in the MPET of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Amazonas (IFAM), whose interest originated from the relation between entrepreneurship and education, has led to the search for understanding teachers' positions regarding the importance of entrepreneurship as a strategy for teacher training, in view of a professional who daily expends efforts to prepare citizens to meet and respond to the demands demanded by the world of work . For the development of the study, it was necessary, in the first moment, to adopt a theoretical perspective based on the formation of teachers, their approaches and unfolding. In a second moment, it was about entrepreneurship, its trajectory, entrepreneurial characteristics and its applicability in the educational context. As to the fundamentals and execution of the methodological course, the research was of mixed nature (quantitative / qualitative), through the exploratory research, using as an instrument, for the data collection, questionnaire and interview. The collected data were treated by Discursive Textual Analysis - ATD. As subjects of this study, teachers of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Acre - IFAC, who work in the Rio Branco Campus, were surveyed. The results obtained through the ATD process indicated: how the researched teachers identify, relate and conceptualize the term entrepreneurship in front of their experiences and family trajectory; the importance and influence of teacher educators who have used innovative and contextualized forms of teaching in the classroom, contributing significantly to their training process; and the need to provide an entrepreneurial environment in the institution, so as to create and foster an entrepreneurial culture, configuring itself as an educational strategy. As a result of the results and contestations, a product was created entitled: entrepreneurship refresher course for teachers, as a contribution to the training process of teachers. Finally, it is expected that our research will promote and encourage debates, reflections and discussions about the applicability of entrepreneurship in the educational context, especially in teacher training.

    This work is the result of a research carried out in the Professional Masters in Technological Teaching – MPET, at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Amazonas – IFAM/CMC. Its theme is teaching through Cordel Literature and presents the following problem: how is it possible to narrate the experiences of a teacher who uses Cordel Literature in teaching as a way of encouraging other teachers to use it for the same purpose? Due to the problem, the objective is to narrate the experiences of a teacher who uses Cordel Literature in teaching as a way of encouraging other teachers to use it for the same purpose. In order to reach this goal, we chose the autobiographical method and the qualitative research. In the first chapter, the experiences, the life trajectory of the researcher and the teaching work are narrated, in a course intersected with the Cordel Literature. In the second chapter, an episode is described, in which the researcher, as a student, in continuing education, uses the Cordel Literature as a contribution to teaching. In the third chapter, as an end product of this research, an online portfolio (www.caldogrosso.wordpress.com) is presented as a contribution to teaching through Cordel Literature. It is expected that research of this nature, which approaches the trajectory and experiences of teachers, the use of Cordel Literature in teaching and dissemination in the portfolio, be stimulated, become known and bring data important for the debate regarding the issues of educational research.

    The game “Balancing the Budget” is a financial game of budget control aimed at teenagers. In it, each player must balance their budget by acquiring from the deck the cards that correspond to the values and items described in their budget such as: Investment, savings, fixed expenses and variable expenses. However, it is not so simple, since the deck is also composed of wild cards and bonus cards that can be used by other players to make this objective very difficult. It was developed as an educational resource for the teachinglearning of financial education for high school students in Brazilian schools, by Professor Amélia Jandrea de Souza under the guidance of Professor Dr. Jean Dalmo de Oliveira Marques, through the Postgraduate Program in Technological Education - PPGET.

    This work starts from the perspective of considering alternatives in research-training for which it brings elements of analytical psychology as an epistemology to explore the (self) formation of teachers considering a literary novel whose authorship is from an Amazonian research teacher, focusing on to situate a reality close to the public to whom it is addressed, in addition to involving aspects of self-knowledge and life history that emerge in authoring processes and contribute to initial and continuing teacher training. In this way, the research was developed from the purposes: a) To Storytell the researcher teacher Ierecê Barbosa, considering both aspects of her personal and professional life; b) To Present the results of the analytical study done in the investigated literary work and c) To Talk about the socialization of the results in the analytical study done, taking as a guiding reference a Colloquium as a professional training strategy for teachers; in order to master goal of Analyzing the Pedagogical in “O Leilão” - a literary work by a researcher teacher - using the respective knowledge analyzed in a Colloquium, as a professional training strategy for teachers, conduced to answer the initial problem of How the Pedagogical is perceived in “O Leilão”, a literary work by a researcher teacher and how can this analyzed knowledge could be used in a Colloquium as a professional training strategy for teachers? On this procedure, Structural (or Objective) Hermeneutic Analysis was used on the generation of significant units by sub-phenomena (Archetypes, Transcendent Function) that revealed the key phenomenon (Individuation Process) and for this way established convergent conceptual relationships for the continued (self)training education involved to the individual ontology and its implication for the collective through Education by Example. The content was applied in two academic events aimed at teachers in training, as an academic education gadget, using the Colloquium structure, which analysis was conducted by the same way of the novel analysis by the participants written records, triangulated by the ethological study (no verbal language and behavior) of the participants, in order to check the content emerged through it and the receptivity on the theme by them; whose potential allowed the Educational Product arising from this research to be constituted, as it indicated the intended formative effectiveness and; was materialized in a planner scheduler/a guiding planner book called “Colloquium as a Training Strategy” which function is supporting others instructors who intend to invest on the same training strategy. The process revealed consistency for teacher training processes due to the approach with the storytelling and the psychobiography, as well as potentials of ethological study for conducting activities with students, both aiming at Jungian Education by Example; in which the literary work used as an excuse for this research served satisfactorily for this work and for the public that participated, indicating potential in the paradidactic use in the High Education, Lato and Stricto Sensu graduate, within an epistemic-methodological structure in line with the intended intention.

    This research is configured in a perspective of teacher self-training in conjunction with pedagogical practice, as a contribution to the re-dimensioning of teachers in the technological context. In this sense, I emphasize as the object of this research teacher self-training and its presuppositions in pedagogical practice, considering the teacher's autonomy, the possibilities of overcoming and breaking paradigms regarding teacher training, as well as self understanding, in order to consider its ipseity and the context of technological education. In the theoretical reflections undertaken in this study, we make use of the contributions of authors who emphasize the importance of a critical-reflexive formation relevant to the development of the teaching subject, in his/her condition of protagonist of his/her professional path. Ratifying the training of teachers concomitantly with the methodology based on autobiographical letters in order to subjectively analyze the observed phenomena, in order to provide a self-reflection on their itinerary. The process experienced throughout this research allowed the organization and implementation of an educational product entitled: "Connections of teaching practices: a pedagogical workshop to tell yourself and resignify yourself as a teacher", as a pretext for recognizing the importance of self-training to qualify as a teacher. That in the problematization of the investigated object we dialogued with professors, who exposed relevant information about their professional experiences with a focus on the object of study. In the process of data analysis, we were guided by the technique of content analysis of triangulation, which was carried out seeking not to reduce the meanings of the constructed reports. In this perspective, the research results recognize that self-training is part of the teaching professional itinerary, which values creativity and reflective action regarding the (re)vision and reorientation of pedagogical activities. In which it effectively allows the teacher to discuss and (re)think autonomously, the decisions to be taken in the face of the intemper and the demands that arise in their professional path, allowing them to have a critical and conscious apprehension of the pedagogical practice carried out in the process of teaching.

    This work presents a research on teacher training under the National Program for Integration of Professional Education with Basic Education, in the Youth and Adult Education Modality (PROEJA). It was formulated as a general objective - To understand the formation of the teacher of the Mechanics course, in the EJA modality, considering the daily life of the classroom and its life history, having as its locus of research the Federal Institute of Amazonas - IFAM -Campus / Manaus /Center. In a more specific way, the following questions were answered that contributed to trace the path taken: 1) Considering PROEJA as a proposal for the world of work, without excluding the critic's idea, what are the specificities of teaching work in this teaching modality? 2) What look does the educator who works in the Mechanics course have on his formative trajectory, considering his life story? 3) What challenges has PROEJA faced, in the scenario, in which it was built as a program and which is still present in the Mechanics course? It was proposed to carry out this study, the realization of a qualitative research in the perspective of the case study of the ethnographic type. For data collection, three mechanisms were used: the logbook, narrative interviews and classroom observations. The theoretical-methodological framework used supports the themes of teaching, training and teaching for EJA and teacher training for Professional Education. It became evident, from the study, that the training of teachers is not only built with the theoretical assumptions acquired in the initial training, but also through practice with practice in dialogue with epistemological knowledge as a source of other knowledge.

    This dissertation deals with the continued development of Portuguese language teachers, in dialogue with the literacy theory, and it’s a consequence of the research carried out in the Professional Master's Degree in Technological Teaching - MPET, at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Amazonas - IFAM / Campus Manaus Centro - CMC. The research had as general objective to investigate in which narrative aspects of Portuguese Language teachers reflect their practices as agents of literacy. Thus, this work had four unfolding, the specific objectives: understanding the practices of Portuguese language teachers from their narratives; discussing the conceptions of Portuguese language teachers about literacy based on their narratives; identifying in the narratives of Portuguese Language teachers practices as agent of literacy; and elaborating a proposal of continued development for Portuguese Language teachers in the light of the literacy. To reach these goals, Oral History was chosen as a methodological way, using the participants' narratives in order to generate the data, based on interviews recorded and directed by a general script and individual scripts. Thus, in the data analysis process, four categories wich were divided in subcategories: a) profile of the Portuguese Language teacher of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Amazonas - IFAM / Campus Parintins - IFAM CPA; b) practices and conceptions of the participants of the research regarding teaching-learning of reading and writing; c) practices as a literacy agent; and d) continued development in the light of literacy. The results evidenced: the concern of the participants in a continued development, because they understand the dynamism of the teaching; the attention to the plans and strategies devised for the classroom; the meaning given by them to the teacher's practice; your mobilizing capacity to organize spaces to carry out their activities; and the reflection they do about their pedagogical work. They also pointed out the teaching knowledge, research and reflection as development possibilities for these professionals, considering the theories about the continued development of teachers, literacy and textual / discursive genres. According to the theoretical basis of this work, the research course and its results, the educational product was built, a development course entitled Continued development for Portuguese language teachers: reflections and a proposal in the light of literacy, in digital format - e-book, which is structured in a review of the literature, basic texts to experience the development process, suggested scripts for development meetings and narratives of those who experienced the test process for product implementation.

    In this educational product, continuing development course for Portuguese language teachers, as a result of the research carried out in the Professional Masters in Technological Teaching (MPET - IFAM), we emphasize the production of the memorial development genre as a formative possibility, based on reflections and practices in the light of literacy. It is a prototype proposal developed through six workshops and with the aim of instigating the teachers to go through a process of reflection and criticism about their practices and conceptions regarding to their pedagogical work, in a space of construction and reconstruction of their memorials and of themselves. The material that we present is constituted by four units that dialogue with each other. The first, Experiencing the development, it’s directed towards the workshops and their particularities; The second, A Visit to literature, it consists of texts about the formation of teachers in the Brazilian contemporaneity, literacy, textual / discursive genre and the memorial as a space of continued development; the third, A little bit of a lived experience, it presents reports of those who experienced this formative process, at the moment when this prototype proposal was implemented with the purpose of perfecting it; and the fourth, Basic Texts for experiencing the action, it is configured as reference for construction and reconstruction of the memorial development. We understand that thinking about the continuing development of Portuguese language teachers through the bias of the production of memorials in the light of literacy can help in the development of teachers in the Brazilian context. We believe that this prototype proposal can be used in other contexts of the development different the initial proposal, if considering the construction process of it, which is recorded in the master’s degree dissertation Continued development of Portuguese language teachers in the light of literacy: reflections and proposal.

    This work aimed to analyze the formative processes experienced by the teaching staff of the technical course in administration, as integrated with the high school of the Federal Institute of Amazonas, Coari campus, identifying the alignment of these processes with the Professional and Technological Education. For this purpose, a study of the legal landmarks of professional and technological education was also developed, with emphasis on the requirements for teacher training. This is a research developed in the scope of the Master in Professional and Technological Education (ProfEPT) that had as methodological theoretical basis the Case Study developed from the proposal of Yin (2005) which allowed the researcher to deepen the phenomenon studied. The main instruments for data collection were the application of questionnaires and semi-structured interviews, preceded by bibliographic review and documentary research. The theoretical foundation used for the analysis of teacher education processes is based on the teaching knowledge present in the studies by Tardif (2014). The research results guided the development of an educational product in the form of two Pedagogical Teacher Training Workshops elaborated in the perspective of providing a space for reflection, discussion and creation of alternatives for the teaching work through the exchange of experiences and based elements as the “Integral Human Formation” and “Work as an Educational Principle” that compose the EPT Theoretical bases.

    This is an educational product linked to the dissertation “The senses attributed to work and teaching practice in Vocational and Technological Education”. It is a guide to the EPT / EBTT teacher, who can support their continuing education through selftraining as well as a resource to be used at any time. From the theoretical framework and the analysis of life histories collected during the research stage, it was possible to list topics to be addressed in this product. Therefore , the guide addresses issues related to vocational and technological education, its history and conceptual bases, to teaching work, identity and teaching knowledge; to the EPPT teacher and to the EBTT career and to the educational practices, aiming to contribute to the reflection and criticism of the teacher in EPT, since we assume that, with greater ownership of these themes, the teacher can better understand their educational context, their social importance, and thus , contribute to the formation and / or affirmation of their teaching. The guide is illustrated with speeches inspired by the research participants in order to foster identification and reciprocity with the target audience. The information contained in this product has been summarized, but it does contain indications of where to find more content on the topics addressed to those who are interested in furthering, as well as issues to instigate self-reflection.
