Item CUMPRIMENTO DAS AÇÕES SANITÁRIAS NOS ESTABELECIMENTOS AVÍCOLAS COM SERVIÇO DE INSPEÇÃO ESTADUAL NO AMAZONAS NO ANO DE 2019(2020-12-11) Ramos, Karolina de Oliveira; Espírito Santo, Edson Francisco do; Espírito Santo, Edson Francisco do; Sousa, Eduardo Lima de; Takatani, HaruóABSTRACT: With the increase in diseases caused by ingestion of foods that are wrongly handled, a greater understanding of inspection and inspection services is necessary, as well as self-control programs that aim to ensure the safety and quality of products of animal origin. . Bearing in mind that the state supervisory body, ADAF, carries out inspections in establishments with S.I.E. according to their risk, the objective of this work was to verify the effectiveness of the TF and to classify poultry farms according to the percentage of conformities. Thus, data were collected from 36 establishments in operation and perform their quantitative and percentage of non-conformities and conformities in relation to what is normally expected for a registered farm. These data were collected with the help of the TF, which was composed of 14 items and divided into other sub-items. Thus, it was identified that only nine farms are classified with an excellent percentage of conformities, 11 farms as good, 11 farms as regular and two farms as bad. Given these classifications, it can be said that more than half of the farms are within the expected standards. It is identified that, if the farms that obtained a classification lower than 50% of conformities, more than one inspection was carried out throughout the year, these would possibly have better performances, a situation observed in other places with such frequency. With that, it is concluded that, if the farms followed the model established in legislation, they would avoid the occurrences of non-conformities, inspection difficulties, improve the quality of the products, and consequently avoid the DTA’s.
