Historically, the Mura were people who migrated to the indigenous regions, inhabiting long-range areas of the communities of the river Madeira, indigenous lands or cities, which protected the policy of including their people in Autazenses lands. The Cultural Heritage is related to the history and memory of a village, and has references that symbolize a cultural heritage associated with the recognition of our history. The present research has as a record a memory of a population as the concern of the Mura Ethnicity and its reflections on its beliefs, knowledge and its ways of doing and being. The work was carried out in the indigenous Moyray community, where indigenous people from various communities of the municipality of Autazes were present. The methodological proposal is based on the descriptive research, with the use of techniques of data collection with semistructured questionnaires. Among the results, they were observed in their own domain to the detriment of the communities that were located farther from the urban centers, besides a greater valorization of some of their costumes. The reconstitution of the history of the people, the good part of the young, the revelation of the tales, testimonies and testimonies of the elders. The importance for this people maintains a tradition of oral transmission of knowledge between generations for the forgetfulness of the memories
