The increase in the population's life expectancy, actions become necessary to guarantee the individual an adequate quality of life. With the agglomeration of people, growing urbanization and gradually misused resources, such as Smart Cities, strongly supported by the Internet of Things, emerge as a counterpoint to the optimization of resources and social well-being. Some studies show that an isolated glucose level benefits clinical criteria for patients. However, it requires glucose readings every hour and hour in a grueling operation. In recent years, the first commercial continuous glucose monitoring systems for outpatient use have emerged. However, there are a number of limitations that make it difficult to use. In this context, in order to provide an assistive technology, this research aims to create a web system for the use of glucose, through a monitoring device, the device will connect to a web server that will make an interface between it and the computer, tablet or smartphone. In the present study, a glucose uptake and monitoring system will be implemented. For this, a commercially available Holter glucose monitor will be used. A wristband will be connected to the glucose monitor, downloading the collected data so that readings can be appropriate. I present an affordable systems architecture for smart cities employing LoRaWan technology to communicate data collector devices. The harmful results that the proposed methodology is a promising application.
