This research presents an account of experience and knowledge along activities developed through the Pedagogical Residency Program, at the Dorval Porto State School, in the city of Manaus, with third-year high school students. The Program contributes to undergraduate students in the training of teachers at the Institute of Higher Education (IES), through participation in it, participant observation and class conducting activities were developed, with the application of experimental activities in the discipline of chemistry of organic functions content . This report is classified with a qualitative approach, in which it presents the main information acquired and observed during the performance in the Program, as well as the experimental activities carried out with the students. From the analyses, the relevance of experimental activities in the discipline of chemistry to promote the teaching-learning of high school students is highlighted, as well as the promotion of the culture of entrepreneurship.
