The agricultural frontier is expanding towards the south of the Amazon. This expansion is due to the production of grains and livestock, which is very strong in the central region of Brazil and contributes strongly to our economy. The present work aimed to identify the socioeconomic importance of the agrarian question in the federal constitution, state constitution, how the constitutional laws that base the agrarian question in Amazonas are based, how to analyze the constitutional laws that base the agrarian question in Brazil, and identify the social and economic functions of the land mainly due to the intensive use of knowledge and technology. A more careful look at the definitions of the infra constitutional laws that govern our country is necessary, especially when it comes to the definitions of social compliance with rural property established by law. The expansion of the agricultural frontier for agricultural purposes has advanced from the Center-West Region to the North of Brazil, arriving from all sides, but mainly through the south of Amazonas. The interpretation of the constitutional norms that govern productivity, the social function of property must be clarified (CF, articles 184, 185, II and 186) and the principles of Economy, Human Dignity and Norms that Define Programs, with regard to the agrarian reform, the Constitution allows the norms contained in articles 184, 185, II and 186, to extend the expropriation of rural property that does not have a social function
