The proposal seeks to address challenges related to urban mobility and sustainability, considering factors such as population growth, increased traffic and geographical and hydrological characteristics. The implementation of this system could reduce congestion, optimize travel and minimize environmental impacts by using a high structure that avoids interference in ground traffic. To demonstrate the technical feasibility of the project, a small-scale prototype was developed using an ESP32 microcontroller for remote control via Bluetooth. This model allows to simulate the operation of a suspended transport system, evaluating aspects such as performance, stability and displacement control. The study highlights the importance of modernizing urban infrastructure, promoting a more efficient, safe and sustainable means of public transport. The project not only suggests an innovative solution for mobility in Manaus, but may also serve as a basis for future studies and broaden the debate on viable alternatives for public transport. Using a bibliographic review method and personal interview through a questionnaire available via the internet. The bibliographic review aimed to identify concepts, theories and studies related to the topic, while the personal interview consisted of analyzing the study location, to identify day-to-day problems and failures regarding student public transport. It was also observed a lack of knowledge about the Brazilian Federal Constitution of 1988 regarding education, where student school transport is a duty of the State and guarantees the student's access and permanence in the school environment. This opportunity generated income for people, and at the same time proved to be a new way of getting around in addition to public transport. With that in mind, this work was developed seeking to better detail the costs that a person has when providing this transport service, using their own or rented vehicles, in the city of Manaus - Am this means of mobility proved to be quite effective even with the lack of infrastructure is fuel with sky-high prices. It was possible to analyze that the drivers did not pay attention to other costs of this transport, so through this research the costs and the real profit margin were identified. As a result, this work guides the driver before making any trip to calculate his expenses based on the km that will be traveled, in this way it is necessary to understand what the expenses are so that profit can be obtained with this form of work
