Other Aplicação da NR-11 em um armazém logístico: análise da segurança e da eficiência na movimentação e armazenagem de materiais com empilhadeiras(2025-12-10) SILVA, Hudson Matheus de SouzaBalancing safety and efficiency in material handling within logistics warehouses through the implementation of NR-11 represents a strategic challenge for organizations seeking to align productivity, legal compliance, and worker well-being. The main objective of this study is to evaluate the implementation of regulatory standards in logistics operations involving forklifts, also considering the operators’ perceptions of daily material handling and storage activities. In this context, the study aims to identify the safety practices adopted and analyze opportunities for improvement, with the goal of optimizing transport and stacking processes while ensuring operational efficiency without compromising workers’ physical integrity. Through a semi-structured methodology, the research seeks to analyze response patterns from workers operating in sectors with a high flow of machinery used for the transport and storage of materials within an industrial environment. This approach enables a deeper understanding of different perspectives on the same topic, particularly from those with direct experience in forklift operation, contributing to a more comprehensive and grounded analysis of safety and efficiency in logistics activities.Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso Adequação de máquina de teste de placas WIFI conforme os requisitos da NR 12 – estudo de caso(2024-08-30) Costa, Alcimar Oliveira da; Maciel, Paulo Fernando Figueiredo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0169675639305530; Maciel, Paulo Fernando Figueiredo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0169675639305530; Oliveira Neto, Benjamin Batista de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0355646329266825; Barros, Rodson de Oliveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9424687587691792This study presents the adaptation of a test press to comply with Regulatory Standard 12 (NR-12) of the Ministry of Labor. During the risk analysis, it was identified that the operator was exposed to the risk of hand crushing when positioning plates in the machine's cradle. The objective of the research was to implement technical modifications to ensure the machine's compliance with NR-12 and improve worker safety. The adaptation was guided by the NBR ISO 12100 and NBR 14153 standards, which served as the basis for the risk assessment, while the 5W2H tool was used to detail the necessary modifications. The process involved the preparation of a Preliminary Risk Assessment (PRA), machine adaptation with identified safety components, compliance testing, and the preparation of a technical report certifying safe operation. After implementing the adjustments, results showed a significant reduction in accident risks and increased productivity. Furthermore, there was an improvement in the quality of the plate tests, as the safety peripherals prevented operator intervention during the validation process. In conclusion, the machine's adaptation provided benefits for both worker safety and the efficiency and quality of the production process.Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso Riscos e medidas preventivas na operação de injetoras plásticas(2022-01-04) Costa, Lucas da Silva; Vilhena, Nidianne Nascimento; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2027342201652307; Vilhena, Nidianne Nascimento; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2027342201652307; Oliveira, André Vilhena de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1185654439267656; Barros, Raimundo Mesquita; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3022659737707503Accidents with plastic injection machines represent a serious safety problem in the plastic production chain, which has become increasingly frequent with the advancement of technology. The present work seeks to evaluate the operation process of a plastic injection molding machine, in order to map the environmental risks to which workers are exposed, as well as to suggest preventive measures for its control and elimination. To this end, all stages of the work of a plastic injection molding machine operator were described, the concept of environmental risks was presented, and a qualitative survey was carried out which enabled the description and analysis of the risks through a Preliminary Hazard Analysis (PHA) and, later, apply the Method of Analysis and Trouble Solution (MASP) to identify the root causes of the problems found in the PHA and the suggestion of effective preventive measures. From the results obtained with the work, it was demonstrated the effectiveness in the use of the analysis methods and, consequently, the need to adopt preventive and corrective measures, in order to avoid accidents in the plastic injection process.
