This Educational Product is the result of doctoral research entitled "Pedagogical practices based on the concepts of autonomy and innovation: a study with early years teachers of Semed/Manaus in the context of covid- 19." It consists of an online course and an introductory guidance guide for the continuing education of elementary school teachers. The primary objective is to foster professional development centered on the pillars of innovation and autonomy within pedagogical
practices. Structured into four thematic units, the course is designed for both self-paced learning and instructorled formats. It is expected that this Educational Product will contribute to the advancement of pedagogical practices grounded in reflective teaching, an essential attribute for contemporary educators to analyze and transform their own professional reality.
