It consists of an online course and an introductory guidance guide for the continuing education of elementary school teachers. The primary objective is to foster professional development centered on the pillars of innovation and autonomy within pedagogical practices. Structured into four thematic units, the course is designed for both self-paced learning and instructorled formats. The study focuses on processes for effective teacher training. Four specific objectives were established: a) to understand the context of the city of Manaus and its Municipal Department of Education during the pandemic; b) to analyze how pedagogical practices reported by teachers during remote teaching contributed to reflective processes regarding their educational practice; c) to identify the influence of technological resources on these pedagogical practices; and d) to develop the educational product "Innovation and Autonomy in Teaching." The central research problem asks: How did remote teaching interfere with the pedagogical practices of early-year elementary teachers in Manaus’s municipal school network? The study argues that these practices were redefined through the integration of digital educational technologies during the pandemic. The methodology employs a qualitative approach with a phenomenological focus, utilizing Discursive Textual Analysis (DTA) for data processing. Data collection occurred between September 19, 2022, and April 18, 2023, through online questionnaires and a focus group designed to consolidate findings from the social isolation period. Grounded in the concepts of innovation and autonomy, the results were expressed through three metatexts. Findings highlight a significant impact of digital technologieson pedagogical design as social isolation persisted, leading to new professional perspectives and a deeper understanding of daily technological use. Furthermore, teachers indicated that continuing education programs involving technology must be interdisciplinary and widely disseminated. The application of AI covers several areas, such as predictive modeling, project automation, and construction monitoring. In planning and design, machine learning algorithms analyze large volumes of data to create more efficient and sustainable structural models. AI-based software assists in creating optimized designs, considering factors such as materials, environmental impact, and cost-benefit. In construction, automation and robotics, driven by AI, improve precision and safety. Drones and sensors monitor construction sites in real time, identifying structural flaws and preventing accidents. Additionally, AI systems can predict failures in existing infrastructures, enabling predictive maintenance and extending the lifespan of buildings. AI is also applied in project management, optimizing schedules and resource allocation. With predictive analysis, companies can avoid delays and waste, increasing productivity. With this, automation facilitates the capture of information to be passed on to maintenance managers correctly and at the correct time, maintaining the reliability of the information and being able to anticipate problems. With this in mind, this work aims to analyze the maintenance problem in a two-wheeled pole industry and propose a solution through automation. For this, the methodology was divided in four parts: analysis of the current situation, analysis of causes, analysis of proposed solutions and implementation. In the analysis of the current situation, the maintenance performance indicators were quantified. In the analysis of the causes, the root causes of the problems found were investigated. And then, the specific goals and objectives were quantified. Finally, the study of solutions and implementation of improvements in the machining process was carried out. Through this work, it was possible to visualize the losses of a maintenance process, and thereby obtain several gains. Its objective was to implement and evaluate an automation system that is easy to handle for the assembly process of the motorcycle rear marker product, since it was in high levels of absenteeism and rejection, and thus ensure safety standards, quality and ergonomics. For this purpose, a field study was used as a research tool in a PIM motorcycle company, through the collection of data related to the operation on the line and technical report records containing performance indicators. When analyzing the data, it was verified that the assembly of the lock of the flag contained the process with the highest index of ergonomic problems, it was verified that it could be improved by the implantation of a pneumatic device, improving production rates without incurring risks the involved employee. With the aid of design software, the device was designed, produced, tested and deployed in the line. The results obtained were the reduction of ergonomic risks, since the operator realized a considerable force for the operation, being a mechanical device without human influence. The other result would be the elimination of problems related to the quality of the lock of the flag, and to make this device a process of continuous improvement and of great relevance for both the company and the employees involved.
