As trainers of assistant physics teachers during the teaching of modern physics in the last years of high school, we developed this didactic guide that aims to learn more about the concepts and experiences included in this theme. An energy quantization, a nature of light and Bohr's atomic model are the concepts covered in all observed textbooks, the logo if produced or the focus of learning. In addition, this guide makes use of “seven leaps” that adopt the teaching strategy of Problem Based Learning (PBL). Despite being a permitted guide for the teaching of Modern Physics, we understand that it can be applicable to other techniques or to other disciplines that make up science, and even to other areas of knowledge.

The phenomenon of school dropout is a reality in Brazilian pedagogical spaces. This theme has been focused on in national studies with a view to identifying the main causes that lead students to discontinue their school life. This study aims to establish a conceptual definition regarding the issue of dropout, understand how dropout occurs at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Amazonas (IFAM) and create a technological artifact that contributes to the management of teaching in the organization of pedagogical spaces for preventive action with this problem. The methodological procedure used was the ScientificTechnological Method (MC-T), developed by Nascimento-e-Silva (2012). The concepts concerning dropout were collected in databases and later organized in order to identify not only the content of the definitions but also their equivalence terms and attributes. Data collection was carried out by analyzing the minutes of class councils of the IFAM High School Technical Professional Education (EPTNM) courses, in the years 2018 and 2019, identifying the main causes of dropouts in that Institute. For empirical analysis, with the servers who work directly in education, an online questionnaire was self-administered, consisting of socio-institutional questions and related to possible causes of dropouts at the IFAM. The analysis of these responses occurred through the combination of the result (p-value) of 3 statistical tests, in order to identify the causes most strongly associated with school dropout at the IFAM. As a result, nine main causes of school dropout were obtained at the IFAM: social vulnerability, distance from home, pregnancy, class hours, lack of identity with the course, non-attendance, apathy, family problems and learning delay. After bibliographical, documental and field research analysis, a Control Panel was created as an educational product that will subsidize the work of professionals working in teaching management, to prevent school evasion within the IFAM. It is understood that this tool will be of great relevance not only for the Institute, but also for Professional and Technological Education (EPT) in Brazil, given the latent need for preventive strategies for the permanence and academic success of students, so desired by the network EPT.

Federal Institutes of Education (FIs) have a public character, which means that they are governed by general and specific legislation. Laws are often difficult to understand by education actors, such as teachers, technicians and managers. And with an aggravating factor: they are dispersed, making knowledge and handling even more difficult to support many educational actions and decisions. In this sense, this study aimed to create the Vade Mecum Educacional, which is the compilation and detailing of all national laws regarding teaching activities, with special emphasis on those developed by the FIs. He used the scientific-technological method, which is characterized by the generation of guiding questions, followed by the collection and organization of laws, stages that configure the scientific part of the method; then the laws were modeled around a Vade Mecum prototype, whose functionality and effectiveness were tested with evaluations by professionals from the teaching area of the Federal Institute of Amazonas (IFAM), and recommendations for improvement were made and submitted to a new evaluation. , configuring the tested and approved final product. The final product consists of a chronological index of the legislation on education, a list of abbreviations and acronyms, 49 constitutional provisions, 9 ordinary laws, an IFAM normative resolution, a technical glossary and an alphabetical and remissive index of the legislation. The conclusion shows that the use of the product in the teaching activities of the FIs will provide more technical and legal security both in its planning and execution and in the managerial decision-making process. The contribution of this study to the area of professional and technological education is to guarantee a reliable and updated legal support so that professionals can develop their activities safely and without temerity

Information needs refer to information behavior studies, which include three types of behavior: information-seeking behavior, information-searching behavior, information use behavior, which involves purposeful searches, interaction with information systems and the individual's cognition. Information needs can be known from the moment the individual enunciates the need or by observing the behavior of that individual when he searches for information. Approaching this theme, this study sought to know the main information needs of students when they are in the process of scientific initiation. The main objective of the research was to investigate in which aspects an interactive e-book on scientific methodology can contribute to give support to the information needs of middle level technical professional education students in the process of scientific initiation at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Amazonas (IFAM), Manaus Campus - Downtown. For this purpose, a theoretical framework was built which considered the concepts of the research as scientific principle in Demo (2011), the information behavior in Wilson (1981), the information in Capurro (2007), as well as the arguments of authors whose discussions could contribute in the definitions, concepts and analysis of the information gathered from the research. The research had applied nature features, of exploratory and descriptive type, with a qualitative approach using the case study method. The target audience focused on participant students of the junior scientific initiation 2020-2021 cycle, on a total of 22 students vinculated to integrated and subsequent modalities courses. Data collection was carried out through documents, questionnaires and interviews. The content analysis technique was used, based on Bardin (2011) guidelines. Data analyses provided an information interlacement, which supported the visualization of three categories for the final analysis: 1) Dimensions of the construction of a research project; 2) Difficulty in recognizing search sources of scientific information; 3) Informational and instructive resources formats. From the analysis of the categories, compared to the analyses of the documents and questionnaires, the study showed that the subjects were involved during the process of scientific initiation in a framework of new, elucidative, directing and instructive information needs to build the research project. It was concluded that the interactive e-book contributes to support the information needs of students in process of junior scientific initiation when it helps to build the scientific project, it cooperates to the recognition of information searching sources and when it guides the student regarding the use of resources to recover the scientific information. PROFEPT seeks to articulate the research to the creation of an educational product that is applicable in the institution teaching contexts. The creation of the interactive e-book aimed at this proposal and it was grounded on the axes proposed by Kaplún (2003) which guides the construction of the educational material. It was used, as well, the storytelling technique in the construction of the e-book aiming at providing the communication of the information in a more dynamic way.

The Lack of interest in Physical Education classes is a problem that, each year, affects a significant portion of students in high school. This phenomenon is also present in the medium-level technical courses in Vocational and Technological Education. In this sense, Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) have become an alternative capable of contributing to the process of reframing the discipline. In this context, the objective of this study was to develop a didactic resource that would increase interest in classes through the conceptual dimension of Physical Education content in a high school technical course in the integrated form of IFAM - Campus Presidente Figueiredo. In this study, we used an applied nature research, with a qualitative approach, action research as a method and for data collection techniques, bibliographic, documentary research and the questionnaire were used. The study participants were 65 students entering the institution. The first stage of the research took place through the elaboration of the action plan, involving the selection of contents, creation of scripts and recording of video classes. In the second stage there was the application of video classes through Vlog and practical activities. The third stage consisted of evaluating the Vlog. The results showed a significant improvement in learning and also an increase in the participation and interest of students in Physical Education classes. These results resulted in the publication of the Vlog Physical Education in Action. The Vlog as an educational product is a proposal for a didactic resource so that the contents of Physical Education are addressed in all its dimensions, expanding the reflection on the use of new technologies as pedagogical tools.

The person with intellectual disabilities to be inserted in the world of work needs a professional preparation that allows him to insert in the formal and non-formal spaces of this space. This research has as general objective to identify the challenges people with intellectual disabilities have in the process of insertion of in the world of work, based on the contributions of professional and technological education/PTE?. It presents as specific objectives: a) to describe about the historical aspects of special education; b) to explain the ontological sense and the categories of work as an educational principle, integral human formation and social belonging; c) develop the educational product from an informative video showing the pedagogical work of the Diofanto Vieira Monteiro School. The research approach is qualitative, being a field research. For the theoretical basis on the objectives we have: Frigotto and Ciavatta (2012), Ramos (2008/2009), Rodrigues and Maranhe (2008), Souza (2014), Freire (2017 ), Pistrak (2018), Veltrone and Almeida (2010), Borges (2017), Barato (2008) among others that address the historical process, ontological meaning of the work and its categorical bases and educational product. The participants of the research were three students with intellectual disabilities, ten parents and/or guardians and four teachers, having as locus the Diofanto Vieira Monteiro State School located in the city of Manaus. The research used semi-structured interviews and participant observation as instruments for data construction. The content analysis was done according to Bardin (2016) who obtained as a result the answer to the problem that referred the research from the question: what pedagogical strategies is the basic teaching education of the Diofanto School using to prepare the person with intellectual disabilities to act in the formal and non-formal spaces of the world of work? From the results of the construction of the data, seven categories were reached: job satisfaction, work need, humanized care in the company, participation of parents, fear of loss of benefit, disbelief in the child's capacity and feeling of social belonging. The results, therefore, allowed us to conclude that the work is important for the development of autonomy and independence of the person with intellectual disabilities.

This work aims to present the results of a study that sought to conduct a Didactic Sequence methodologically grounded in Project-Based Learning, using some practical-experimental tools, to investigate the propagation of electromagnetic waves with an emphasis on X-rays. This process allows for adaptations to in-person, hybrid, or remote teaching models. The study of electromagnetic waves is conventionally taught in high school, with an emphasis on the visible light spectrum. In contrast, our proposal presents a problem-based situation, focused on X-rays and their application in radiology, aiming to stimulate students to embark on an investigative journey with the purpose of proposing a solution to the presented situation. To assist and complement the theoretical research, practical-experimental tools are chosen, including remotely controlled experimental setups, a three-dimensional Android simulator, and a virtual reality simulator, which are developed throughout this work and methodologically structured and integrated into the phases of Project-Based Learning (PBL), adapted into introduction, initial research, artifact construction, second research phase, presentation, and publication. The results pertaining to these artifacts demonstrate that they are statistically valid for the collection of reliable experimental data and compatible with a wide range of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) synchronously or asynchronously, with the potential to complement each other or even expand the possibilities of implementing at least one of them in different classroom contexts. Simultaneously, the results of implementing the Educational Product provide evidence, through quantitative and qualitative studies, of the effectiveness of the proposal in two 3rd-year high school Physics classes, as well as discussions about its limitations and benefits. As a result of this work, it was possible to materialize and make available to society the Educational Product titled "Navigating Electromagnetic Waves: A Project-Based Learning Didactic Sequence for the Study of X-ray Propagation," which is versatile in terms of implementation, both in terms of content and the format of in-person or remote classes.

With the intention of knowing which teaching knowledge can be constructed by future teachers of Sciences in initial formation, from experiences with the use of the visual programming language Scratch, this research was developed in the context of the Licentiate course in Physics of the Institute Federal University of Education, Science and Technology of Amazonas (IFAM), Manaus Campus Center (CMC), there is no space of the discipline, with students enrolled in the 5th and 7th periods. Because it is a research with an effective participation of the subjects, it was chosen as methodological support, an action research, through the qualification is implemented as an investigative action, with a workshop called "Programming with the risk to learn Sciences", which It was configured as the product of this research for an initial formation of Science teachers. (2008), Resnick (2007, 2013, 2014), Valente (1999), and in particular; 2014), Prado (1996), Demo (2008) to deal with the context of computer programs as a proposal for insertion in school, as well as in teacher training; Later on with Tardif (2014), Carvalho and Gil Perez (2001), Pimenta (2008) and Costa (2012), among others, to approach as conceptions related to teaching knowledge. The collected data were treated by discursive textual analysis (MORAES, GALIAZZI, 2011). As conclusions of the research on the infer that there was a construction of knowledge of experience and knowledge, and that are known as convergent for the construction of pedagogical knowledge in the initial formation of science teachers.

This research investigated the use of a game as a facilitating resource of alphabetization, by the developing of phonologycal awereness skills in students od the second year of middle school, in a public school of Manaus. During the metodologycal path, we adopted the qualitative approach having the action-research as the method; the technics and the data collections instruments used were the bibliografic research, the participant observation and the questionary adapted in a test shape. As the main resource was created a game during the invetisgatory path and applied to the class of students. With the application of a prototype, were collected the suggestions of the students and the teacher and applied again with the suggested amendments, searching with this a collaborative process of investigation and of product criation. The results verified were satisfying, because shows the development of phonologycal awereness skills in most of the studentes participating on the research, stem from the use of GameAlfa as technologycal resource.
