In general, technical courses still do not have in their curriculum the use of augmented reality as a support in the teaching of disciplines in the technical area, so that when the student does not have access to the practical class due to the unavailability of adequate equipment, it ends up being restricted. to the theoretical content of the equipment. In this way, this work develops an academic research that encourages the use of augmented reality as a technological support tool, but also prepares students with a certain practice through augmented reality. From the formative point of view, it represents a link between initial and continuing education, representing professional induction. When this context is within professional and technological education within the Amazon region, due to its conceptual basis and objectives, it becomes even more peculiar the afflictions and difficulties of teachers. In view of this, this master's research seeks to discuss the aspects related to the insertion process of teachers of professional and technological education in a federal institute of education, science and technology in the northern region of Brazil, highlighting the formative, experiential and motivational profile of teachers, the measures adopted by the institution in the process of welcoming and inserting them, how this process developed, what were the difficulties encountered and what actions could be implemented to reduce the tensions of this process. For this, the case study strategy was used in the perspective of Yin (2015) to collect the data in the various sources, which are divided into quantitative and qualitative. For the quantitative ones, the survey strategy was adopted, and for the qualitative ones, document analysis and content analysis. The collection instruments were bibliographic and documental references, questionnaires, and interviews with teachers who joined the institution in 2020. As a result, it was created an educational material that aims to support incoming teachers in this moment of entry as a teacher of Basic Technical and Technological Education with a view to the omnilateral training of students since this is one of the founding principles of EFA today, entitled "Handbook for the incoming teacher of IFAM". These facts show the importance of this welding process in bodywork assembly due to its efficiency, speed and ease of automation. In addition, resistance spot welding behavior is extremely important for the quality of the entire welded structure. The present work will be focused on the evaluation and study of optimization in the spot welding process on the pole of two wheels, with main focus on the mechanical tensile strength of the welded spots, starting from a statistical method of factorial planning, using the variables that directly influence in the traction values; Then, quality tests were performed to validate the proposed test. The optimization process it was possible to verify that applying a current of 7.5 kA, welding time of 14 milliseconds and electrode force of 189 kgf, it was possible to reach 4667.19 N of spot welding resistance, a gain of 345 N in relative to current resistance. The points of relationship between what we currently have versus what will be proposed were analyzed. Parameter validation tests will be based on macrography tests and mechanical strength with tensile testing. The results showed that the welding in the factors Current and Welding Force presented better mechanical resistance compared with the welding factor Current x Welding Time. The tests proposed in this work will be reported in a document at the company to table and map the parameters in case there are variations in the spot welding process in the future. All solder points with the optimized parameters found by the method presented in this work were approved according to the standard.
