Other Inspeções em veículos GNV: um levantamento de itens não conformes detectados em um organismo de inspeção(2025-12-10) COSTA, Francisco Levy LimaNatural gas is an abundant energy source in Brazil. Its use varies across different applications, one of which is in automotive vehicles, where they are converted to run on CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) to achieve greater economy and performance, in addition to polluting less. The installation of a CNG kit in a vehicle makes vehicle inspection mandatory, an essential condition for the vehicle's legalization. According to current legislation, this inspection is a mandatory requirement immediately after the vehicle conversion and must be repeated periodically, with annual validity. This study identifies the items of CNG kits installed in automobiles that showed the highest number of non-conformities during vehicle inspections over a 6-month period at an accredited Inspection Body. This identification was carried out through the application of quality tools, such as Pareto Analysis and FMEA, thereby determining the priority criteria for potential improvements.Other Aplicação da NR-11 em um armazém logístico: análise da segurança e da eficiência na movimentação e armazenagem de materiais com empilhadeiras(2025-12-10) SILVA, Hudson Matheus de SouzaBalancing safety and efficiency in material handling within logistics warehouses through the implementation of NR-11 represents a strategic challenge for organizations seeking to align productivity, legal compliance, and worker well-being. The main objective of this study is to evaluate the implementation of regulatory standards in logistics operations involving forklifts, also considering the operators’ perceptions of daily material handling and storage activities. In this context, the study aims to identify the safety practices adopted and analyze opportunities for improvement, with the goal of optimizing transport and stacking processes while ensuring operational efficiency without compromising workers’ physical integrity. Through a semi-structured methodology, the research seeks to analyze response patterns from workers operating in sectors with a high flow of machinery used for the transport and storage of materials within an industrial environment. This approach enables a deeper understanding of different perspectives on the same topic, particularly from those with direct experience in forklift operation, contributing to a more comprehensive and grounded analysis of safety and efficiency in logistics activities.Other A importância da manutenção em sistemas hidráulicos(2026-03-10) Brasil, Jhonatan EvangelistaWith the continuous industrial technological advancement, the implementation of preventive maintenance plans in hydraulic systems has become indispensable for mitigating catastrophic failures and optimizing operational performance. This study aimed to analyze, through a bibliographic review, the relevance of preventive maintenance in preventing unplanned downtime and ensuring the functional integrity of hydraulic systems. The methodology consisted of qualitative research across databases such as SciELO, Google Scholar, and technical industry manuals. The results indicate that the hydraulic pump, as a critical component of the circuit, requires rigorous monitoring, given that fluid contamination is the primary cause of premature failure. It is concluded that preventive maintenance, in addition to reducing occupational accident risks, is fundamental for increasing component service life, enhancing machine availability, and reducing emergency corrective maintenance costs.Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso A importância da manutenção na redução do índice de falhas no processo produtivo fabril(2023-07-03) Silva, Izaque Magalhães; Lima, Plácido Ferreira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0865439005714077; Lima, Plácido Ferreira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0865439005714077; Plácido, Marisol Elias de Barros; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1902514007423220; Farias, Nei Junior da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1116278832170292Maintenance is crucial for companies that have operating equipment and machinery. In this context, compressed natural gas (CNG) emerges as a promising alternative, not only providing price stability but also significant economic advantages when compared to gasoline and ethanol. The conducted study also aims to assess the availability of natural gas in the Amazon region, with a focus on its supply in the municipality of Manaus. This involves examining existing distribution infrastructure and expansion possibilities to meet the growing demand for cleaner and more economical fuels. Another relevant aspect addressed is the analysis of exhaust emissions indices in a sample of vehicles powered by compressed natural gas in the city of Manaus, compared to conventional liquid fuels such as gasoline and ethanol. The reduction of atmospheric pollutant emissions represents a significant advantage of CNG, contributing to improved air quality and the mitigation of climate change. Through this research, the feasibility of CNG utilization in Manaus is sought to be demonstrated, while also providing insights for public policies promoting the transition to more sustainable and economical energy sources in the transportation sector.Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso Adequação de máquina de teste de placas WIFI conforme os requisitos da NR 12 – estudo de caso(2024-08-30) Costa, Alcimar Oliveira da; Maciel, Paulo Fernando Figueiredo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0169675639305530; Maciel, Paulo Fernando Figueiredo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0169675639305530; Oliveira Neto, Benjamin Batista de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0355646329266825; Barros, Rodson de Oliveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9424687587691792This study presents the adaptation of a test press to comply with Regulatory Standard 12 (NR-12) of the Ministry of Labor. During the risk analysis, it was identified that the operator was exposed to the risk of hand crushing when positioning plates in the machine's cradle. The objective of the research was to implement technical modifications to ensure the machine's compliance with NR-12 and improve worker safety. The adaptation was guided by the NBR ISO 12100 and NBR 14153 standards, which served as the basis for the risk assessment, while the 5W2H tool was used to detail the necessary modifications. The process involved the preparation of a Preliminary Risk Assessment (PRA), machine adaptation with identified safety components, compliance testing, and the preparation of a technical report certifying safe operation. After implementing the adjustments, results showed a significant reduction in accident risks and increased productivity. Furthermore, there was an improvement in the quality of the plate tests, as the safety peripherals prevented operator intervention during the validation process. In conclusion, the machine's adaptation provided benefits for both worker safety and the efficiency and quality of the production process.Artigo de Evento Estudo da influência do lítio na síntese de titanato de sódio como uma alternativa para baterias de estado sólido(2025-01-04) Souza, Handerson Cunha de; Moura, David da Silva; Oliveira Neto, Benjamin Batista deThe growing demand for new energy sources has been a stimulus for extensive research in the area of materials, especially in high-performance solid-state batteries. Recently, sodium trititanate (Na2Ti3O7), an inorganic chemical compound, has received attention due to its effectiveness in ion exchange and catalytic properties. However, its application as an electrolyte in solid-state batteries is limited due to its low electrical conductivity. To overcome this limitation, lithium-doped Na2Ti3O7 nanoparticles were synthesized in different proportions, ranging from 0% to 5% by mass, using the microwave-assisted hydrothermal method. Samples were extensively characterized by XRD, 0%, 1% and 5% samples were also analyzed by DTA, Raman spectroscopy and complex impedance spectroscopy. Notably, the 5% lithium doped sample exhibited an electrical resistance approximately one order of magnitude lower than the undoped material. These promising results highlight the potential of doped sodium titanate as a viable component for high-performance solidstate batteries due to its enhanced structural and conductive properties.Artigo de Evento Padronização do planejamento e controle de manutenção através do pilar de manutenção profissional pertencente a metodologia WCM em uma empresa da linha branca do polo industrial de Manaus - AM(2024-08-22) Pereira, Wander Sousa; Pinto, Camila Costa; Maciel, Paulo Fernando Figueiredo; Fialho, Michaella Socorro Bruce; Oliveira Neto, Benjamim Batista deIn today's globalized scenario, pursuing excellence in maintenance management is crucial for companies to maintain their competitiveness in the international market.
