Analyzing the four elements (dj, rap, break and graffiti) on their historical instances, through bibliographical research of Urban Anthropology and Social History. In addition, we expose this culture conceived on the streets as a Urban Hydra, by your ability to renew and wrapped the Boomerang African who subsidizes the circularity of cultural information global, local and contributes with the confrontation of social problems urban spaces in which it is inserted.
