Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso Integração e reestruturação técnica de novos sistemas de controle e segurança na máquina de serra fita, em conformidade com os padrões da NR-12(2025-03-13) Monteiro, Antonio Marcos Najar; Santos, Alyson de Jesus dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5998752909180697; Frota, Vítor Bremgartner da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6100146230873494; Compto, Gabriel Pinheiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5432787843953143Theretrofit process was carried out on a suitable band saw machine used for removing aluminum burrs after the mold injection process, aiming to improve safety, efficiency, and compliance with the NR12 standard. Initially, a detailed diagnosis of the machine was conducted, identifying structural, electrical, and operational failures that compromissei productivity and posed risque to operators. Based on this analysis, improvements were defined, such as replacing worn-out components, reorganizing the electrical panel, and implementing safety devices. The modernization of the machine enabled safer and more efficient operation, reducing the risk of accidents and increasing equipment reliability. Additionally, the project contributed to compliance with regulatory requirements and the optimization of energy consumption, making the equipment more sustainable and productive. The results obtained demonstrate the importance of retrofitting as a viable solution for upgrading obsolete industrial machines, ensuring greater safety and performance in the workplaceTrabalho de Conclusão de Curso Protótipo de sistema cartesiano para transporte de carga em uma indústria do Polo Industrial de Manaus(2024-12-17) Souza, Marcos Paulo dos Santos; Santos, Alyson de Jesus dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5998752909180697; Martiniano, Alexandre Lopes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2232239320901259; Veloso, Hugo AlvesThe systems developed for industrial automation have been steadily implemented in industrial hubs across various regions around the world. Their applications have addressed numerous issues and challenges, such as reducing production time, improving product quality, handling high-risk tasks, and preventing Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI). This work aimed to develop a prototype of a Cartesian automatic robot system that replaced manual transportation of products (Pick-and-Place), accelerating the time of process. The system consists of electric actuators controlled by servo motors, sensors, and pneumatic actuators, which are in turn controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC) and a human-machine interface (HMI). After the implementation and testing of the prototype, it was found that it was possible to achieve a reduction in load transportation time
