This research aimed to investigate in which aspects the Class Council can act in the training of teachers of the Technical Professional Education of Medium Level. To achieve this goal, the relationship between the Class Council and teacher training was established, and later, based on the collaborative work developed between the researcher and the research participants, to carry out the planning, implementation and evaluation of the formative actions. It is a research of qualitative approach that used as a methodological strategy the collaborative research, organized in four phases: diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. These phases were performed in two moments: in the first, called light beam, the diagnostic phase occurred; in the second, called coproduction and training, the planning, implementation and evaluation phases. The participants of the research were organized in two groups: from the first group participed forty (40) students from the integrated technical courses (Forestry Technician, Chemistry Technician and Computer Technician), three professionals from the Technical-Pedagogical Team and forty and three (43) teachers, teachers of integrated technical courses; of the second group participated six (6) professors, professors at IFRO, who gave origin to the Collaborative Group. As techniques and instruments of data production, we made use, respectively, of talk wheel, formative moment, study moment, collaborative observation and documentary analysis; questionnaires, audio recording and field diary. For the accomplishment of the analysis of the data, it was adopted the ATD (Discursive Textual Analysis). The results show that the Class Council based on the processes of evaluation, self-assessment and reflection can influence the training of teachers of the EPTNM, in the following aspects: promote the integration of knowledge, the didactic-pedagogical updating of teachers and the diagnosis of their training needs. These results allowed the construction of the educational product, a proposal for the Formative Class Council with the objective of collaborating with the (re)configuration of the Class Council in the field of Professional Technical Education at the Middle Level, based on participation, reflection and evaluation/self-evalution of students, teachers and professionals of the Technical-Pedagogical Team.

The present work analyzed the perception of the graduates of the IFAM / CMA integrated technical course in agriculture regarding the process of technical and human formation. The research is part of the line of research Management and Organization of the pedagogical space in professional and technological education and in macroproject 01 Methodological proposals and didactic resources in formal and non-formal teaching spaces in EPT. The objective of investigating if Ifam campus Maués, through the integrated technical course in agriculture provides its graduates a formation beyond the technical formation: an integral human formation. The research had a qualitative approach and used as method the application of open interviews. Thirteen graduates of the integrated technical course in agriculture of the groups from 2012 to 2018, from February to March 2019, were heard. This information supported the production of a documentary, educational product, and served as the basis for the composition of the dissertation, requirements for obtaining the title of Master of the Professional Master Program in Professional and Technological Education - ProfEPT. The research results point to the ignorance of what is integral human formation, although they recognize that they live in an extremely unequal and prejudiced country. The technical training, due to the few possibilities of activities during the course, was presented as “deficient” to 40%, especially in the practical part, although the theoretical training was considered positive. The graduates pointed out the teachers' performance, especially in the disciplines of the human sciences area, as being the ones that provoked discussions and debates of relevant themes and that contributed the most to the reflection about their lives, existences and future projects. It is concluded, therefore, that IFAM / CMA still needs to respond to a more efficient technical training - especially in the aspect of practical training, however through its physical structure and group of professionals, plays a fundamental role in the formation of new generations of maueenses, by provoking reflection on the urgent problems of society.

Information needs refer to information behavior studies, which include three types of behavior: information-seeking behavior, information-searching behavior, information use behavior, which involves purposeful searches, interaction with information systems and the individual's cognition. Information needs can be known from the moment the individual enunciates the need or by observing the behavior of that individual when he searches for information. Approaching this theme, this study sought to know the main information needs of students when they are in the process of scientific initiation. The main objective of the research was to investigate in which aspects an interactive e-book on scientific methodology can contribute to give support to the information needs of middle level technical professional education students in the process of scientific initiation at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Amazonas (IFAM), Manaus Campus - Downtown. For this purpose, a theoretical framework was built which considered the concepts of the research as scientific principle in Demo (2011), the information behavior in Wilson (1981), the information in Capurro (2007), as well as the arguments of authors whose discussions could contribute in the definitions, concepts and analysis of the information gathered from the research. The research had applied nature features, of exploratory and descriptive type, with a qualitative approach using the case study method. The target audience focused on participant students of the junior scientific initiation 2020-2021 cycle, on a total of 22 students vinculated to integrated and subsequent modalities courses. Data collection was carried out through documents, questionnaires and interviews. The content analysis technique was used, based on Bardin (2011) guidelines. Data analyses provided an information interlacement, which supported the visualization of three categories for the final analysis: 1) Dimensions of the construction of a research project; 2) Difficulty in recognizing search sources of scientific information; 3) Informational and instructive resources formats. From the analysis of the categories, compared to the analyses of the documents and questionnaires, the study showed that the subjects were involved during the process of scientific initiation in a framework of new, elucidative, directing and instructive information needs to build the research project. It was concluded that the interactive e-book contributes to support the information needs of students in process of junior scientific initiation when it helps to build the scientific project, it cooperates to the recognition of information searching sources and when it guides the student regarding the use of resources to recover the scientific information. PROFEPT seeks to articulate the research to the creation of an educational product that is applicable in the institution teaching contexts. The creation of the interactive e-book aimed at this proposal and it was grounded on the axes proposed by Kaplún (2003) which guides the construction of the educational material. It was used, as well, the storytelling technique in the construction of the e-book aiming at providing the communication of the information in a more dynamic way.

The concern that gave rise to this research was to know whether the professional and technological education offered by the IFPA-Campus Tucuruí was significant in the lives of students with visual impairment. For that purpose, the Life History Methodology was used, through interviews with the first three students with visual impairment that were graduated in the Campus. The general objective of this research was to evaluate the Professional Education offered by the IFPA Campus Tucuruí from the perspective of the visually impaired students. The instrument used to analyze the results of the research was the technique of Content Analysis. The results showed that the IFPA Campus Tucuruí, despite the mishaps over time, succeeded in the strategies developed for the education of these students, largely as a result of the intervention and support of NAPNE, a fact that inspired the making of the Educational Product, which was materialized in a web page with a report of the experiences of NAPNE Campus Tucuruí to serve as support to other institutions.

The present work presents the results of a research that aimed to investigate the factors that have led students to drop out of school from the subsequent modality of the Advanced Campus Manacapuru and what educational product could be developed in order to contribute to the permanence and success of the students. The topic is being discussed since the developments that accompany the expansion of the EPT Network (Professional and Technological Education), including the dropout and retention rates. This work assumes that the measures to be adopted to ensure the completion of subsequent technical courses need to consider the specifics of each regional context and the profiles of the subjects served - that is why the analysis of the specific case in the Advanced Campus Manacapuru belonging to the Federal Network of Education, located in the State of Amazonas, 80 kilometers from the capital Manaus. Fifteen dropout students, 05 professors, 05 technical-administrative servers and the campus manager participated in the research. To develop the research, we used the case study method because it allows to investigate a contemporary phenomenon within its real context, in this case the investigated campus. The research results, based on the data analysis spiral proposed by Creswel (2014), pointed out that the factors that have led students from the subsequent modality of the Manacapuru Advanced Campus to dropout are: attending higher education; the feeling of discouragement with the course, due to different aspects, and financial difficulties for not having a professional occupation; sick leave and new job; insecurity and personal difficulties; lack of identification with the area; lack of flexibility in working hours; learning difficulties. In view of these factors, an educational product was created, entitled Operational Protocol for Permanence and Success - POPE, which aims to contribute to the permanence and success of students. This product was evaluated by twelve members of the research group and by an ad hoc committee composed of five social workers from the IFAM countryside campuses.

This educational product is a teaching proposal developed from the research conducted in the Professional Master’s Degree in Professional and Technological Education – PROFEPT, resulting from the dissertation entitled “Project-Based Learning (PBL) in the Teaching of Chemistry: performance in the Integral Human Formation of Students of the EPTNM (Higher Secondary Technical-Professional Education)”. It aims to contribute to the integral human formation of students of Higher Secondary Technical-Professional Education. The proposal, developed and evaluated with six students from the Higher Secondary Technical-Professional Education of the Agriculture Course at the IFAM Campus Parintins, is organized, besides the presentation and final considerations, in two parts, as follows: Part I – deals with the theoretical foundation, which concerns the Integral Human Formation and Project-Based Learning; Part II – presents the development of the proposal by Project-Based Learning, composed of five steps, developed in seven scripts. The results of the development of the proposal showed that the PBL acted in the integral human formation of students of the EPTNM in the following aspects: it allowed reflection and action about the community problems; it allowed an attentive look to the environment and environmental culture; it favored the understanding of research as a tool for the construction of scientific knowledge; it allowed the recognition of the need to use technological resources as a tool for the propagation of scientific Knowledge.

The present study, linked to the line of research Educational Practices in Professional and Technological Education, aimed to investigate the meanings of professional education that emerge from the Life Stories of students of the National Program for the Integration of Professional Education with Basic Education in Education Modality Youth and Adults (PROEJA), as the basis for a training proposal. The research-formation with Life History guided the methodological path, organized in four phases, based on Josso (2010), renamed as: Introduction to the Construction of Life History; The “Walk for You” as a Proposal for Reflection on the Trajectory of Life and Professional Training; What does my Life Story reveal about my education ?; and Balance of the training process. Fourteen students from the PROEJA Integrated Technical Course in Aquaculture from the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Pará, Campus Tucuruí, participated in the research. The group narrative interview was used as the source for the construction of the data, and the field notes, audio and video recordings and textual production of the Life Story of the fourteen participants were used as instruments. Data analysis took place under the guidance of the Interpretative-Comprehensive Analysis, proposed by Souza (2006), in three stages: Pre-analysis and Cross-reading; Thematic reading; Interpretive-comprehensive reading. Three categories emerged from the analysis: 1) Memories about childhood; 2) Exodus, educational perspectives and youth and 3) Professional training: life change, personal / professional fulfillment and life projects. From this, the meanings given to professional training in the Technical Course in Aquaculture emerged and the contributions of reflection provided by Life History to the training of participants, namely: professional training assuming meanings of lifechanging perspectives by returning to studies in the technical course; personal fulfillment, as a dream come true, studying at IFPA; professional achievement; and professional improvement. As contributions to professional training, Life History offered participants opportunities to become aware of their own training; skill discoveries; relational learning and change in the vision of themselves and others. The research resulted in the educational product: Life History and Professional Training at PROEJA: a formative proposal, organized in three parts: Part I, Learning from living: Life History as self-formation; Part II, Training with Life History at PROEJA: Work scripts; Part III, Life Story of PROEJA students: formative possibilities. The product, upon evaluation by a committee composed of five (5) education professionals, all with experience in PROEJA classes, received a favorable opinion, being validated in its objective of collaborating with the professional training of PROEJA students, through work reflective provided by the History of Life, contributing with innovative educational practices in the institutions of the Federal Professional Education Network.

The documentar “Integral, Technical human education: perception of gradutes of the Ifam Campus Maués agriculture course” is an educational related to the research “The Ifam campus Maués integrated agriculture course and Integral human training: challenges and perspectives of a campus from the interior of the state of Amazonas” developed in the Master’s Program in Professional and Technical Education - ProfEPT. This proposal aims to offer graduates of the IFAM/CMA integrated technical course the opportunity to express their perceptions about the training process they received during the time they were students of the institution. The proposal presents theoretical guidelines; the history of the city, the campus Maués and the Integrated Technical Course in Agriculture; planning and production of the Documentary; the voices of the graduates with their perceptions. It is expected that the documentar can provoque reflections and debates – among students, teachers and education professionals – about the profiles of the individuals who are and will be formed by the educacional institutions.

The present educational product is the result of the master’s thesis “Professional Training: the meanings that emerge from the life stories of PROEJA students”. It is a formative proposal with Life History, aimed at students included in the National Program for the Integration of Professional Education with Basic Education in the Youth and Adult Education Modality - PROEJA. The main purpose is to collaborate with the professional formation of the referred public, through the reflective work provided by the History of Life, contributing with innovative educational practices in the institutions of the Federal Professional Education Network. Based on the four phases of Josso’s researchtraining (2010) - introduction to the construction of a life narrative; oral and written elaboration of the narrative; understanding and interpretation of narratives; balance of trainers and participants - this educational product was organized in three parts: part I, Learning from living: Life History as self-training, which aims to prepare the teacher in the formative work with Life History; part II, Formation with Life History at PROEJA: work scripts, which presents in each script, a total of six, guiding procedures for organizing formative meetings with Life History, as well as suggests dynamics to be developed, in addition to a formative script for the teacher; and part III, Life Story of PROEJA students: formative possibilities, which presents the life stories produced during the formative meetings in PROEJA’s Integrated Technical Course in Aquaculture. It is hoped that this material will collaborate with the professional training of Youth and Adult Education students at the institutions of the Federal Education Network, and also point out other meanings for educational practices at these institutions.

The research aimed to understand in what aspects a Professional Guidance Program can act in the Integral Human Education of students of Technical Professional Education of Medium Level. This is a qualitative research that was developed through action research with graduate students of technical high school in which the professional guidance program focused on integral human training of students of the EPTNM was a pplied, having been, for the end of the research, the program structured in three stages: planning, implementation and evaluation (TRIP P , 2005). For data collection, participant observation techniques, sem istructured interviews and conversation wheel were used and, as instruments for data recording, audiovisual recording, field diary and written productions of th e partici pants. The method for interpreting the collected data was the Discursi ve Textual Analy sis (MORAES; GALIAZZI, 2006), in its three phases: unitarization; categorization; understanding or capture of the new emerging. The research generated as results three ca tegories: the various meanings of professional choice; the collective construction of crit ical sense; the process of building autonomy, w hich demonstrated that a Professional Orientation Program can act in Integral Human Formation in the aspects o f attribu tion of meaning to professional choice, in the construction of critica l sense and in t he d evelopment of autonomy. The research resulted i n the educational product: Professional Orientation Program: building Integral Human Training at EPTNM, which aims to contribute to the work of psychologists working in the EPTNM and favor the Integral Hum an Formation of students from federal institutes and other realities that develop the EPTNM, assisting in the decision making critical, conscious and reflective.

Professional Guidance Program developed from research carried out in the Professional Master's Degree in Professional and Technological Education - ProfEPT, result of the dissertation entitled "Professional Guidance: performance in integral human training of students of EPTNM". It was applied to 30 students of Professional and Technical Education of Medium Level - EPTNM resident in the municipality of Eirunepé - AM and evaluated by 4 psychologists working on several campuses of the Federal Institute of Amazonas - IFAM. The program aims to contribute to the work of psychologists working in the EPTNM and favor the Integral Human Formation of students from federal institutes and other realities that develop the EPTNM, assisting in the decision-making critical, conscious and reflective. It presents the theoretical foundation of the program that is based on socio-historical psychology and Integral Human Formation, followed by the presentation of the program that is structured in eleven meetings with specific purposes in order to assist in the construction of students' autonomy. The program materializes from the need to build support material for the psychologist's work with the specific public of the EPTNM and is expected to contribute to the construction of a theoretical-practical framework that favors the change of this reality.

The Proposal for Formative Class Council results from the work developed in a Collaborative Group in which six professors, professors of the Professional Technical Education of Medium Level and researcher, master student of the Master in Professional and Technological Education – ProfEPT. The purpose of the proposal is to collaborate with the (re) configuration of the Class Council in the area of Professional Technical Education at the Middle Level, based on the participation, reflection and evaluation / self-assessment of students, teachers and professionals of the Technical-Pedagogical Team. Therefore, the proposal is organized in two parts: the first presents the work with the Collaborative Group composed of teachers, as a possibility to promote the training of teachers in the EPNM (Professional and Technical Education of High School), using as a topic of discussion the Class Council; the second, offers a possibility of Class Council, structured from a formative perspective. It can be inferred from the analysis carried out that the proposal is capable of promoting the (re) configuration of the Class Council and contributing to the training of those involved, based on reflection, evaluation and self-assessment.

This Operational Protocol for Permanence and Success, or simply POPE, is an educational product resulting from the Master’s research “Evasion and actions of permanence and success in Technical Professional Education of Secondary Level in the subsequent modality: the case of the Federal Institute of Amazonas - Advanced Campus Manacapuru, held in the Postgraduate Program in Professional and Technological Education – ProfEPT. POPE presents suggestions aimed at Social Workers, based on the results of the research carried out at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Amazonas - IFAM Advanced Campus Manacapuru. The data that supported its elaboration were obtained from students who dropped out of subsequent courses and from campus employees. POPE, which aims to contribute to the work of Social Workers for the permanence and success of EPTNM students, in the subsequent modality, is organized into three parts, namely: I) origin of POPE; II) POPE actions; III) limitations and challenges for POPE implementation.
