Item Monitoramento das instalações de ar condicionado no interior das salas de aula do IFAM(2021-07-16) Penha, Elton Silveira da; Frota, Vitor Bremgartner da; Frota, Vitor Bremgartner da; Alves, Fernanda da Silva; Silva, Nivaldo Rodrigues eMonitoring air conditioning equipment is an important factor in several types of institutions, since it is necessary to acclimatize spaces with little noise and without risk of contamination. Based on this context, this work aimed to analyze the air conditioning installations inside the IFAM classrooms, then proposing a maintenance plan. The basic purpose of this monitoring is to monitor the performance of the devices through measurements of temperature, humidity and noise and identify those devices that present failures or difficulties in operation, thus allowing a more effective maintenance intervention. Based on the data collected, it can be identified that the analyzed air conditioners have an inadequate operation, since the room temperatures are above the determined in the device. In addition, the noise level is above that specified by NBR 10152, affecting not only the hearing of students and teachers, but also harming the class. Humidity values are also inadequate, indicating that the devices need a maintenance plan. Therefore, three lines of maintenance were proposed to prevent these problems. These maintenance are monthly, semi-annual and annual, considering the use of the campus maintenance team.Item Sistema de inspeção visual para identificação de controle remoto em linha de montagem(2021-03-23) Moura, Melissa Kerolin Mauricio de; Sampaio, Ricardo Brandão; Sampaio, Ricardo Brandão; Frota, Vitor Bremgartner da; Lima, Hillermann Ferreira OsmidioCurrently, with the exponential evolution of new automation technologies, large industries are increasingly betting on the implementation of tests on their assembly lines. These tests are able to ensure safety, quality and reliability of the products during the assembly process and of its finished products. Some quality indicators, or KPIs, are used to evaluate these products, such as the Product Analysis Laboratory, or LAP. At the Whirlpool company, during the LAP, some products without remote control were identified inside the packaging. The same situation was identified by another KPI, which indicates the field incidents, that is, which occurred at the customer's home, customers were receiving products without remote control. Due to these issues, there was a need to implement a test to ensure that the remote control was always placed and identified inside the EPS before the product was packaged. The solution found was the use of a vision system installed at the workstation, interlocked with a product movement hoist. This implementation ensures that only if the remote control is placed in the EPS and the test status is approved, the movement hoist will be released and the product placed in the EPS to be packaged.
