However, open TV faces challenges, particularly due to the rise of streaming services and cable TV, which offer on-demand content and interactivity. Although SmartTVs integrate internet functionality, their interactive experience depends on broadband connections and applications, limiting accessibility for some audiences. Additionally, simultaneous use of mobile devices, such as smartphones and tablets, often distracts viewers, reducing engagement with traditional programming. To address these challenges, 4G mochilink technology has emerged as a strategic solution, especially for communication professionals who require mobility and high-quality real-time transmission. This technology enables external live broadcasts in locations with limited internet infrastructure, particularly valuable in regions like Manaus, with geographical and network coverage challenges. This study proposes an analysis of video and audio signal quality transmitted via 4G mochilink in Manaus, assessing its effectiveness as a mobile transmission alternative for digital open TV. By utilizing mochilink, the aim is to expand open TV’s reach and provide greater accessibility in areas with limited internet infrastructure. The research seeks to provide technical data to optimize 4G mochilink use for live broadcasts, supporting the expansion of digital TV’s reach and quality.Item Telemetria de processos industriais: uma proposta de sistema de monitoramento de água em linha de produção usando IoT(2024-12-18) Silva, Heverton Souza da; Cordeiro, Celso Souza; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4969144304480235; Cordeiro, Celso Souza; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4969144304480235; Lima, Jonatas Micael Vieira de; Ribeiro, Ewerton Andrey Godinho; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0187470129136467Telemetry and the Internet of Things (IoT) have revolutionized industrial processes by enabling real-time data collection and analysis to optimize water resource management in production lines. Families face the dilemma of protecting elderly family members without compromising their autonomy and independence during this vulnerable phase of their lives. Along with the physical and psychological changes involved in the natural aging process, domestic accidents, particularly falls, become common events for most of the elderly population. In this context, a fall detection system was presented, employing pose recognition (poseNet) and action recognition (actionNet) technologies, capable of automatically sending alerts to relatives or caregivers. The results demonstrated an accuracy of 82.5% in the proposed model, with near-instantaneous time between alert delivery and receivement. Thus, the system proved to be efficient, meeting the outlined objectives and serving as a foundation for future projects.Item Uso de redes neurais para classificação de resíduos sólidos(2024-11-26) Maciel, Kainy Medeiros; Santos, Alyson de Jesus dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5998752909180697; Santos, Alyson de Jesus dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5998752909180697; Rodrigues, Marlos André Silva Rodrigues; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0650250324042531; Nascimento, José Fábio de Lima; ttp://lattes.cnpq.br/0056522906128231; Alencar, Sérgio Costa Martins de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7936103793279068Item STDMC – Sistema de Transmissão de Dados e Monitoramento de Consumo de água: um estudo de caso no Laboratório de Projetos do IFAM-CMDI /(2024-09-27) Souza, Rander Cardoso de; Martiniano, Alexandre Lopes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2232239320901259; Martiniano, Alexandre Lopes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2232239320901259; Silva, Nivaldo Rodrigues e; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9653122662843005; Souza, Wenndisson da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9258045359598622This work details the development of a water consumption automation and control system for industrial systems, consisting of a physical prototype and a web platform. The goal is to monitor and optimize water use, providing real-time data for strategic decisions. The physical prototype is the basis of the system. It brings together a water flow sensor, an ESP8266 microcontroller, and a Wi-Fi router. The sensor collects water consumption data, which is processed by the ESP8266 and transmitted via Wi-Fi to the web platform. The web platform, developed with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, receives the data from the prototype, stores it in a database, and presents it to the user in the form of graphs and reports. This platform also allows you to configure consumption limits and define personalized alerts. The project is divided into two crucial phases: Phase 1: Prototype assembly and programming: In this step, the prototype is assembled with the aforementioned components. The ESP8266 microcontroller is programmed to collect data from the sensor, process it, and transmit it via Wi-Fi to the platform. Phase 2: Web platform development: The platform is built to receive, store and present the prototype data. Functionalities such as real-time visualization, graphing and reporting, setting alerts and defining consumption limits can be implemented. The success of the project depends on the seamless integration between the prototype and the web platform, ensuring the collection, processing and presentation of water consumption data in an efficient and reliable manner.Item Sistema de controle de acesso utilizando Internet das Coisas e tecnologia RFDI/(2024-12-20) Cruz Junior, Assunção Aleme da; Frota, Vitor Bremgarther da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6100146230873494; Frota, Vitor Bremgartner da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6100146230873494; Velozo, Hugo Alves; Santos, Alyson de Jesus dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5998752909180697This work aims to develop a system that allows user authentication and access validation, using IoT (Internet of Things) and RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technologies, along with the ESP32 microcontroller and a device such as a mobile phone or computer. The system will then proceed with the authentication and decide whether access is authorized or not. To achieve this goal, it was necessary to integrate hardware and software resources, using Firebase Realtime Database for data storage and management. The chosen development platform was the Arduino IDE, and the ESP32 board was used as the main microcontroller, with the assistance of actuators to control access. This work aims to provide the user with the ability to monitor and control access in a practical and efficient manner.Item O transporte fluvial na calha do Rio Negro(2024-10-25) Marinho, Rafaela de Águila; Silva, Jefferson FernandoThis study examined the importance of river transportation in theAmazon, focusing on the São Raimundo Port in Manaus, in light of thePorts Modernization Law. Employing both qualitative and quantitativeapproaches, including interviews with 10 boat owners, data were collectedon cargo volume, ticket prices, and vessel traffic. The competition amongsmaller vessels was highlighted as significant, with observations of ferryclosures due to lack of legalization, emphasizing the need for regulationand oversight. Results indicated that during dry seasons, cargo values rise, reducing ticket prices and stimulating increased vessel traffic. The portinfrastructure was deemed inadequate by respondents, lacking properdocking facilities. Most ferries are privately owned, while public ones servegovernmental entities.
