Its purpose is to present, based on concrete cases, social problems that may directly and/or indirectly aff ect the retention and dropout of integrated high school students, raising awareness not only for teachers, but also for other employees at the Manaus-Centro Campus regarding the impacts of social inequalities in education. It contains information regarding integrated secondary education, the role of multidisciplinary teams and suggestions for integrated activities.
