Resumo

The presented Educational Product is the result of a doctoral research entitled “Teacher Education for Proeja in the Pedagogy of Alternation: cultivating knowledge and harvesting learning.” It consists of an online continuing education course aimed at teachers of Youth and Adult Education integrated with Vocational and Technological Education (EJA-EPT). The course's objective is to promote the continuing education of teachers who work or are interested in working with EJA-EPT classes within the framework of the Pedagogy of Alternation, contributing to teacher learning. Based on the Circle of Knowledge-Formation (Círculo de Saberes-Formação – CSF), a methodology for conducting dialogical meetings that emphasizes equal and active participation in discussions on specific topics, the course is structured in two parts. The first, “What is the Circle of Knowledge-Formation on EJA-EPT in the Pedagogy of Alternation?”, presents the foundations of EJA-EPT, the concepts of the CSF, the Three Didactic Moments, and guidelines for planning continuing education, including the organization of groups and synchronous and asynchronous meetings. The second, “How to develop the Circle of Knowledge-Formation on EJA-EPT in the Pedagogy of Alternation?”, details the overall course structure, providing practical information and guidance for the development of each circle. It is expected that this Educational Product will contribute to the learning of teaching by educators who work or are interested in working with EJA-EPT classes developed through the Pedagogy of Alternation.
