Resumo
The Educaonal Product entled “Development of Entrepreneurial and Socioemoonal Competencies in Inial Teacher Educaon” is the outcome of a doctoral research project carried out within the Graduate Program in Technological Educaon at the Federal Instute of Amazonas (PPGET/IFAM), entled “Inial Teacher Educaon in the Light of Posive Entrepreneurship.” It is a formave proposal grounded in the principles of posive entrepreneurship and aims to promote the development of entrepreneurial and socioemoonal competencies in pre-service teachers. The formave proposal is implemented through five instruconal meengs and adopts the Problemazaon Methodology, operaonalized through the Maguerez Arc, as its pedagogical framework, which guides the process of knowledge construcon. The program has a total workload of 44 hours and is structured into two complementary parts. Part I addresses the foundaons of the formave proposal and seeks to establish a dialogue with teacher educators, offering guidance for understanding the theorecal and methodological principles essenal to the implementaon of the program. Part II provides operaonal guidelines for the development of the formave pathway, presenng teacher educators with the necessary direcon for each training meeng, including suggested acvies, pedagogical strategies, and recommended support materials designed to enrich parcipants' formave experiences. The formave proposal may be implemented as an elecve course, an extension program, or other modalies, arculang the format, duraon, and organizaon of the meengs. It is expected that, when implemented by other teacher educators, this Educaonal Product will contribute to inial teacher educaon, parcularly with regard to the development of entrepreneurial and socioemoonal competencies.
