All production will be carried out at association Recicla Manaus. Reverse logistics involves the return of products for sale, going through the raw material sorting process until the final stage of the process, where there is a new product for sale in commerce. The association Recycle Manaus does reverse logistics work to produce egg shapes with cardboard recycling. Visits were made to the association, and data such as photos and questions were collected from recycling collectors in order to answer the research questionnaire. The SWOT analysis of association Recycle Manaus reveals a series of strengths, such as cost reduction and improved corporate image, in addition to effective collaborations with local collectors. However, there are significant challenges, such as inadequate infrastructure and the need for greater awareness among collectors. Opportunities include the growing demand for recycled materials and the possibility of improving recycling processes, while threats involve regulatory changes and competition in the sector.
