Item Automação de testes funcionais da placa eletrônica de notebook J14KR em fábrica do PIM(2021-07-07) Silva, Gabriel Nunes da; Ramos, Juan Gabriel de Albuquerque; Ramos, Juan Gabriel de Albuquerque; Carvalho, Carlos Ronaldo Cardoso de; Ribeiro, Ewerton Andrey GodinhoThis college work has as objective the efficient applications of maintenance tools and quality to test automation of notebook electronic boards at PIM (Polo Industrial de Manaus). It was pointed a slow use in boards tests process and, accordingly a small tax number of tested boards, in face of SMT machines are capable to produce. Test was manual yet, that is, all board functions are tested using human actions, expenses with manufacture and Spare Parts consumable materials did not add in significant way in final product value, reducing quality and reducing quality satisfaction. The proposal to reduce to acceptable values was to use an automated test mechanism, that was satisfactory to maintenance tools and quality. To align these tools with a good number of produced and tested boards, already to final client with medium values established by company. After analysis using a defined methodology and implemented corrective actions, it was visible a considerable cost reduce, increasing PDCA cycle efficacy and others support tools, ending the work successfully.Item Automatização do processo de paletização de evaporadores de condicionadores de ar a partir dos pilares da indústria 4.0: estudo de um modelo(2024-07-29) Gomes, Alan Junior Lopes; Reis, Ailton Gonçalves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7119484789256081; Reis, Ailton Gonçalves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7119484789256081; Castro, Cristovãqo Américo Ferreira de; Ribeiro, Ewerton Andrey Godinho; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0187470129136467The general objective of this study is to describe the process of automating the palletizing process of evaporators on a production line, using the technologies from the pillars of Industry 4.0. The research methodology respects the characteristics of descriptive research, with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the automation of the evaporator palletizing process, by adopting Industry 4.0 technologies, brought significant improvements in operational efficiency and work safety. A substantial reduction in cycle time and improvement in process accuracy and consistency were observed, which corroborates the hypothesis that the integration of advanced automation and control systems, together with intuitive human-machine interfaces, leads to an increase in productivity.
