Nowadays, with a totally globalized market, the constant search for competitive advantages is a determining factor for the company‟s success. The focus on continuous improvement process is considered a routine and usual activity, since the results of these improvements will translate into better product quality and increased productivity. In this context, the Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) methodology is widely used, as it is a proactive tool, which allows the identification and prevention of errors in the process. Therefore, the more effective the use of this tool, more benefits the company will have. This project aims to analyze the process of manufacturing TV receivers by the FMEA method, in order to map the flaws and inherent risks to it, in addition to presenting and implementing improvement actions to gain productivity and quality products, leaving the process stable.
