    Located in a strategic area, in the heart of the Americas and the Amazon, the Polo Industrial de Manaus (PIM) is one of the most modern industrial and technological centers in all of Latin America, currently bringing together more than 500 cutting-edge industries in the segments of Electronics, Two Wheels, Naval, Mechanical, Metallurgy and Thermoplastic, among others, which generate around half a million direct and indirect jobs. A factory in the PIM (industrial center of Manaus) in the two-wheel niche, more precisely in the foundry sector, during the injection of aluminum for the conformation of the part, a “branch” is created that joins the parts that come out of the mold. To remove this material and separate the parts, the operator needs to hit the part with the hammer while the part is hot to break the branch. Based on this analysis, the present work aims to automate this process by making a saw to perform the separation of this material, reducing the ergonomic risks for the operator, following the NR17, meeting the safety standards present in the NR12 and increasing the efficiency of the production process, avoiding loss of parts and injuries to employees.

    Automation has great protection in the business sectors of society, such as: health, logistics, residential, internet of things and industry. With all this range of applications, in this TCC an automation project was proposed with the objective of investigating how robotization can be used in the automation of the toilet paper line with the use of industrial robotics. Therefore, the idea was to improve the factory's production process, reduce costs, reduce production time and increase productivity. However, it should be noted how the applicability of these robots may or may not be efficient in the production chain and also in the life of workers in factory environments. From this study, it is concluded that the automation of the production process at the inlet and outlet of the line using robots and an AGV trolley to transport logs requires further studies.

    This work consists of the study of an automated irrigation system for houseplants in order to guarantee the efficient use of rainwater. The system uses information from the soil moisture sensor to control the irrigation process. The system interface allows the visualization of the state that meets the level of the tanks. After the analyzes made by means of simulation, satisfactory results were found both for the reduction of the u se of drinking water and for the autonomous decision of the functioning of the process.

This paper analyzes the layout and consequently the production processes of the company MDC Industry of Intelligence Containers Ltda. Manufacturer of custom datacenters and smart safes, intending a proposal to adapt the layout and implementation of levels and automation elements to optimize the production process by minimizing the production time by reducing the distances traveled and obstacles encountered between the production processes and dispatch of goods
