Item Educação no campo e as políticas públicas educacionais: o problema de uma comunidade ribeirinha no município de Parintins-AM(2019-02-17) Azevedo, Ana Patrícia de Souza; Pontes, Raimundo Vitor Ramos; Kruger, Juliano Milton; Souza, Kleber de Britto; Cardoso Filho, Gerson TeixeiraThis work is fruit of a teacher's experience in a riverine community in the municipal district of Parintins-AM, and it presents reflections regarding the reality of the same, describing elements observed with cutting for the school education as basic right of the people that they form that community, making reference to the education public politics returned for Education of the Field. The description of the difficulties faced by those collective subjects, and of as their fundamental rights are being presented by the public power, above all, the education rights. The work is consequent of applied research, fruit of the experiments lived in the observation field, mainly, the experiences and information of the process of teaching-learning of the subject of the research. The study grew through the qualitative approach, with base of a research that happened in Our community Mrs. of Nazareth from Paraná of the Lemon of Baixo/Parintins-AM. the procedure of the interview semiestruturada was Used, accomplished with two older residents, three parents of students and the community's coordinator. The research was based in the studies of Goldenberg (2004); Malagodi (1988); Lüdke and André (1986); Brandão (2007); Vasconcelos (2017), among others. As a result of the research, the speeches of the subjects and the accomplished observations appeared for subjects as the absence of the responsible organs in the community that carts consequences as precarious conditions of the school, risky conditions of the school transport, and the organization multisseriada as synonym of no quality in the process of the community's students' teaching-learning.Item Gestão pública para educação de qualidade: uma reflexão sobre o planejamento estratégico na Secretaria Municipal de Educação de Parintins(2019-02-17) Carvalho, Yanne Karolle Figueiredo; Pontes, Raimundo Vitor Ramos; Kruger, Juliano Milton; Souza, Kleber de Britto; Cardoso Filho, Gerson TeixeiraAmid an environment of continuous economic, social and technological transformations, Education has demanded an intelligent and efficient management, in which strategic planning has been presented as a crucial tool in the development of educational public policies and the search for quality in education. In this sense, the objective of this research is to verify how the strategic planning occurs in the Municipal Secretariat of Education of Parintins / AM, since the Secretariat of Education is the organ responsible for dynamizing the public educational policies, since it is from this that the normatives and the administrative and pedagogical procedures to be passed on, observed and applied by school administrators, pedagogical coordinators and teachers in schools. We opted for an exploratory, qualitative approach. A bibliographical survey, interview and analysis of the collected data were used. The results show that despite the intentionality of developing the strategic planning, SEMED / PIN adopts the short-term action plan, in addition, there was fragmentation in participation and difficulty of internal communication.Item As políticas públicas para educação especial na perspectiva inclusiva e sua implementação em uma escola do município de Parintins/AM(2019-02-16) Araújo, Elda Prata dos Santos; Pontes, Raimundo Vitor Ramos; Kruger, Juliano Milton; Souza, Kleber de Britto; Cardoso Filho, Gerson TeixeiraIn this work will be addressed Public Policies for Special Education Inclusive Perspective and its implementation in a school in the municipality of Parintins / AM, and to reflect on special education in inclusive perspective since, education must be seen as a right of everyone, and people with disabilities have that right which is to benefit from education as well as any other citizen without disabilities. The educational system should guarantee access, permanence and learning for all students, regardless of whether disabled or not, but this requires the implementation of public policies that guarantee investments for special education. In this sense, this research aims to identify and analyze the main public policies for Special Education in a School in the municipality of Parintisns / AM, and so that the disabled student has a quality education is necessary to define and implement public policies that guarantee the conditions necessary to effect an inclusive education system.As part of the methodology, we use research: qualitative, direct observation and interviews with teachers, one (1) Regents Professor of the common room and a teacher responsible for the ESA (Educational Service Specialist).The results show that when the individual is and feels included, are more likely to succeed in life, to feel safer and fact have more opportunities.
