This work aims to understand how the public policies of inclusion are being implemented in the
context of early childhood education for ensuring a quality education in the city of Parintins. To
achieve this goal has been used qualitative methodology supported by quantitative data. Interview
technique was employed in the collection of the data. The method used in analysis of the data was
discourse analysis. Managers participated in the research of public policy that maintains
relationship with early childhood education in the city of Parintins. The results show a significant
contribution of public policies of inclusion and how are influencing the quality of education in
Parintins.
