Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso 3 L printer: projeto e desenvolvimento de uma impressora 3D de baixo custo baseado no processo de prototipagem rápida(2020-10-15) Silveira, Leone Raulino; Nascimento, José Fábio de Lima; Nascimento, José Fábio de Lima; Abreu, Luiz Henrique Portela de; Sampaio, Ricardo BrandãoThis article presents the development of a low-cost 3D printer through fusion and deposition modeling, using the rapid prototyping method useful for making parts in a simple, inexpensive and personalized way. The vast majority of the project's components were printed on the 3D Creality printer, others purchased at the lowest price available on the market and the rest through the used retailer. The technologies used to build the machine were due to the interdisciplinary nature of the electrical, electronic, mechanical and programming areas so that they work in a systemic way. In order to avoid overheating due to the high current demand of the system, a thermal relay was used to protect the developed project. After assembling and calibrating the 3L Printer, quality and precision comparable to commercial printers was achieved. The scope of this paper is formed by a brief history of the emergence of occupational safety standards, machine safety system types, safety guards, sensors, valves, safety blocks, Programmable Logical Controller, interlocking devices, emergency stop, lifting. and understanding of the process and each equipment that makes up the system, process risk analysis and measures taken to carry out the project implementation. Such approaches aim to show the regulatory norm 12 and its applications in the safety system that will be presented as object of study of the safety barrier implantation system obeying the items established in the regulatory norm 12 whose purpose is to avoid work accidents, improving the safety of the workers. production technicians and mechanics who are part of the equipment preventive, corrective maintenance and operation process. Stages of making a helical thread are presented through the process using recycled or reused materials such as cardboard and PVC pipe, assembly and tests on electronic components used in the device. Its components together have the function of activating the engine at the pre-scheduled time, turning the helical screw (servo motor) and carrying the feed inside the tube. The communication process consists of the transmission of information between an originator and a receiver that descodifica (he/she interprets) a certain message. However, the difficulties faced by the installation of internet of optic fiber in the north area, in matter in Amazon, it is a subject still in discussion seen that problems exist in the transmission of waves of data for the rural and interior areas due to the demographic distance. For the present work bibliographical researches were used, classifying the abbreviation study as qualitative bibliographical research. Such research was based in scientific publications as books, scientific goods, magazines, electronic documents and encyclopedias seeking the search and knowledge allocation on the transmission of internet waves. Through the data originating from of preexistent works on the theme proposal, it was possible to observe the need and the lack of researches more deepened with respect to maintenance and facilities of net of transmission of internet of good quality in the interiors and rural areas of the state of Amazon. However, the access difficulties to the internet in distant places of the urban centers as well as the interiors of Amazon, it can be cured with the use of licensed systems of radio by SIAE. This technology promises higher connection speeds, lower latency, and the ability to connect a significantly larger number of devices simultaneously, enabling advancements in solutions such as the Internet of Things (IoT), smart cities, industrial automation, and real-time connectivity. However, the deployment of 5G in regions with specific geographic and socioeconomic characteristics, such as the city of Manaus-AM, presents technical, logistical, and social challenges that warrant scientific investigation. This study aims to analyze the main factors influencing the implementation of the 5G mobile network in Manaus, considering its current technological infrastructure, the logistical obstacles posed by the Amazon region, the socioeconomic impact of the technology, and the prospects for the development of Industry 4.0 within the Manaus Industrial Hub (PIM). The research adopts a case study methodology with a qualitative and quantitative approach, based on bibliographic review, document analysis, and secondary data collection from sources such as ANATEL, IBGE, ITU, and telecommunications operator reports. The results indicate that, despite recent progress in terms of coverage and spectrum availability, there are still limitations related to fiber optic infrastructure, antenna density, and unequal access in peripheral and riverside areas. Furthermore, the integration of 5G into the local industrial sector still requires substantial investments in modernization and technical training. The study concludes that achieving the full benefits of 5G in Manaus requires coordinated efforts between public policies, operator strategies, and digital inclusion initiatives. The survey method was used, with data collected through semistructured interviews and observation with a sample intentionally chosen from among the actors with the most significant participation and knowledge of the logistics actions practiced, analyzed with semantic and content analysis techniques, and the results presented in summary tables. The results showed that the difficulties in a) transporting goods were the reduction in river levels and the appearance of sandbanks and rocks; b) in the distribution of essential services were the failures in the supply of water and energy and health and education; in communication, the existence of few transmission towers, the lack of fiber optics, the lack of satellite communication and the high prices of communication equipment; d) the impacts of the difficulties were the reduction in the transport of goods, the impossibility of river traffic and the inability to carry out environmental logistics; and e) mitigation was to create infrastructure and access to water resources, improve transportation infrastructure, promote economic resilience, preserve the environment with sustainable resource management, strengthen participatory public policies and partnerships and universalize information and communication technology. The conclusion points to the lack of systematic humanitarian logistics during the 2024 drought, whose actions were closer to improvisation than those of other regions cataloged in scientific databases.Artigo de Periódico Análise das dificuldades na coleta de resíduos sólidos do ponto de vista de um coletor na cidade de Manaus, Brasil(2023-12-28) Santos, Thiago Augusto Moreira dos; Tino, Cláudio Fernandes; Silva, Daniel Nascimento eA large part of humanity already understands that natural resources are finite. It is, therefore, necessary to reuse all the materials and products we use as many times as possible, which has become an increasingly growing challenge. In this sense, this study aimed to analyze the main difficulties encountered in the selective collection of solid waste in Manaus from a collector's perspective. For this, the method used consisted of the following steps: a) elaboration of a theoretical architecture about the stages of the reverse logistics process, b) creation of an interview script based on the elaborate architecture and guiding questions, c) data collection with the member of a group of collectors, who explained and exemplified the interviewee's answers, d) organization of the collected data and generation of answers to the guiding questions. The results showed that five were the main difficulties encountered, which were classified as environmental (regional climate), conscientious (the lack of willingness of the population to collaborate with selective collection), transportation (lack of material and equipment), and commercial (the pricing of materials is not rewarding). The conclusion shows that only the environmental factor cannot be controlled. The conceptual bibliographic method was used in its four stages: a) formulation of primary and accessory research questions, b) data collection in scientific databases, c) analysis and organization of the collected data, and d) generation and interpretation of the answers to the formulated research questions. The results showed that the goals of the studies focused on problematic situations that can be considered complex, the methods of the studies consisted of numerous techniques and procedures, the artificial intelligence tools applied in the studies were varied and in large quantity, and the results and conclusions of the studies show that artificial intelligence is a technology that can effectively solve problems and help to overcome storage challenges. The conclusion points out that the more complex the problem or challenge to be faced, the greater the effectiveness of artificial intelligence in solving or helping to overcome it. The Amazon represents almost 65% of the Brazilian territory. However, the Amazon suffers from serious data communication infrastructure problems, which undermines the level of socioeconomic development in the region. The geographical characteristics of the Amazon favor the means of river transport that serves the transport of cargo and passengers in the region. This work sought to present how the main IoT devices perform in a river environment, applied in the Catalão riverside community. The research was based on the theories of processes and storage to build a theoretical architecture that summarizes the state of the art. The method used was a survey, with data collected using a semistructured interview script and another observation script, analyzed using the client-supplier technique and organized using tables summarizing the stages and their contents and objectives. The results showed that a) there are eight stages in the storage process used, including a previous stage of weighing the material; b) the more complex stages are performed with a greater number of sub-stages, which allows for fewer failures in the operations as the labor force and technological instruments are specialized in their execution; and c) the specific objectives of each stage are aligned with the intended objective of the storage process. The findings show that the empirically observed stages are in line with the theoretical architecture of the study, with the first and last stages being, respectively, reception and dispatch, and the intermediate stages varying according to the type of material and specificities of the production process. The main contributions of the study to science were the proposition of a conceptual definition for the materials storage process and the confirmation that this process begins with reception and ends with dispatch, differing in the intermediate stages.Artigo de Periódico Uma análise dos estudos científicos brasileiros sobre armazenagem de materiais disponíveis no Google acadêmico no ano de 2023(2024-07-05) Viana, Eliane Pereira; Martiniano, Alexandre Lopes; Martins, Gilbert Breves; Silva, Daniel Nascimento ePurpose: This study aimed to analyze the scientific productions on storage in the Google Scholar database in 2023. Theoretical Structure: The study's theoretical structure focused on the conceptual and operational aspects of the storage process in its various dimensions and analytical categories, enabling the understanding of the main aspects of the national scientific production published in Brazilian journals, platforms, and repositories on storage. Design/Methodology/Approach: The conceptual bibliographic method was used in its four stages: the formulation of research questions, with exclusion criteria and appropriate response standards, data collection in scientific databases, organization of data in figures and other diagrammatic schemes where the responses generated can be visualized, and presentation of the results in specific communication products for evaluation by the scientific community. Findings: The results showed that a) the most frequently discussed topics in the publications were storage, storage, and specific aspects of stored materials, b) theoretical-empirical studies were predominant, c) several different methods were used to generate the findings, with the experimental method prevailing, d) most of the studies aimed to apply the knowledge generated, e) only one-third of these publications were in journals and proceedings of scientific events. Research, Practical, and Social Implications: The findings show that Brazilian journals and scientific communities prioritize theoretical-empirical studies, especially those that have the potential to be transformed into techniques and technologies. The implications are much more impactful if the production is geared towards agribusiness. Originality/Value: The study shows the theoretical-empirical trend of research on storage, mainly because it is primarily carried out by engineering areas, which seek to solve problems that the agribusiness industry has faced in its challenges of increasing the efficiency of its production process combined with the increasing quality of its productsArtigo de Periódico Analysis of the challenges of a private cardboard recycling company to fulfill its mission in the city of Manaus, Amazonas(2022-05-11) Cabral, Larissa dos Santos; Nascimento-e-Silva, DanielO comércio de materiais de origem celulósica, como papel, papelão e outros, tem apresentado crescimento significativo em muitos países, principalmente por serem utilizados como revestimentos de embalagens e outras formas de reaproveitamento, fundamentos da logística reversa. Neste sentido, este trabalho teve como objetivo analisar os desafios que uma empresa privada de reciclagem de papelão enfrenta para cumprir a sua missão organizacional na cidade de Manaus, capital do estado do Amazonas. Para isso, seguiu as etapas previstas no método científico-tecnológico. Os dados foram coletados através de um roteiro de entrevistas e um protocolo de observação, organizados e analisados com o auxílio de técnicas de análise semântica, identificando-se termos centrais das respostas coletadas por entrevistas e comparadas com os dados observados; os resultados foram gerados com técnicas de triangulação das respostas obtidas com os dois instrumentos e interpretados de forma comparativa com o quadro teórico de referência. Os resultados mostraram que a) a empresa contribui para com a preservação ambiental através da destinação correta de materiais e limpeza dos locais públicos, b) essas contribuições são feitas através de obediência aos procedimentos legais, c) seus desafios são ter acesso a todos os clientes industriais e residenciais e conscientizar a população sobre a importância da preservação ambiental; d) população e governos são os agentes que podem ajudar a superar esses desafios através de e) conscientização da importância da sustentabilidade (população) capacitar e fazer a população colocar em prática a sustentabilidade (governo). In SMT the terminals do not cross the plate, they have shapes that allow them to be welded on the surface of the plate, one side of the plate is useless. Due to this factor, this research was initiated, whose general objective was to apply the Ishikawa Diagram tool in an SMT process to point out the number of non-conformities in the welding process of a production line, of a particular product in the receiver segment. In order to achieve this macro objective, specific objectives were created: (1) to present the SMT assembly and welding process; (2) describe the types of assembly, boards and printed circuits and (3) identify the benefits of the Ishikawa Diagram for the quality process. The methodology used for this study, is classified according to nature, as qualitative research, of descriptive and exploratory purpose, from the realization of a field research, using as a data collection technique, a case study, from observations, documentation data and photographic records in an electronics industry located in the industrial pole of Manaus. As a result, it is stated that, through the application of the Ishikawa Diagram tool, it is possible to identify where losses occur in the production processes of the electronics industry, from the specific points of the production line, allowing to suggest an action plan to solve responsible failures due to non-conformities in SMT plate welding processes, increasing productivity. It is concluded that this methodology is an administrative method that assists in the resolution, mapping of difficulties, acts as an identification tool in an assertive manner, guaranteeing the best reliability of operations and production processes.
