Faced with industrial development, the concern with working and health-care companies is an important requirement for an industry, a level of productivity increase. This reality, ergonomics is an important ally of the process standardization project. Ergonomics aims to provide a good environment, that is, a suitable environment for the employee, so that it develops fully and without risks to their health. The present research was bibliographical for capturing indexes of withdrawal due to ergonomic problems, with the ergonomic analysis of ergonomic data and proportions of solutions, besides showing the most evident risks in the industries.
