Item A contribuição de tecnologias sociais de base Agroecológica: Replicação de um tanque de evapotranspiração para tratamento domiciliar de águas negras na comunidade indígena Moyray no município de Autazes-Am(2019-03-01) Souza, Paulo Miléo; Souza, Leonardo Moura de; Lima, Cristiane Cavalcante; Lima, Cristiane Cavalcante; Nina, Nailson Celso da Silva; Silva, Simão Correa daThis graduation project originated from an extension project that was developed in the Moyray indigenous community, Autazes-AM municipality, through the demand of some community members who realized the deficiency in the sanitation issue in their region and looked for alternatives to the local problems with professors of IFAM Campus Manaus Zona Leste. The actions proposed by this work had as objective to sensitize the inhabitants of the indigenous Moyray community for the adoption of technologies of alternative treatment of sanitary waste as a way to reduce environmental contamination. The developed research was characterized as field research and case study, being used as instrument to semi-structured interviews and participant research. The work was carried out using the following methodological procedures: a) initial application of the semi-structured interview, which addressed topics such as sanitation, waste disposal, sanitation and health; b) lecture on environmental sanitation and social technologies; c) realization of a workshop for the construction of the evapotranspiration tank and d) application (again) of semi-structured interview, with the purpose of evaluating the subjects' understanding after the actions performed. As a result, community awareness was promoted through lectures, and with the workshop, they learned in practice to build an evapotranspiration tank, so that all participants are able to be multipliers of this technology in their properties and / or other communities. With the application of the interviews, it was previously observed the evolution of the knowledge of the community about the subjects addressed, considering that in the first moment it was verified that they did not have dominion on these subjects.
