Item Otimização de um sistema de manufatura do processo de soldagem por resistência robotizada para redução de custo com eletrodo(2024-09-18) Oliveira, Ricardo Flores de; Santos, Renan Cavalcante; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6930748017205035; Santos, Renan Cavalcante; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6930748017205035; Ribeiro, Laura Michaella Batista; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8632002394782219; Santos, Alyson de Jesus dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5998752909180697Companies in general, especially metallurgical companies spread throughout Brazil, are increasingly seeking, with the help of technology, to have greater competitiveness in the market. And this directly implies improvement work aimed at eliminating waste, increasing profit and maintaining the quality that the market expects. That said, the present work shows that even processes that have been established for a long time can be improved to the point of being on par with current generation equipment. using low-cost resources, already available, and critical analysis of process improvement by those involved. This work describes the improvement in a robotic spot-welding process in which only 3% of the electrode was used, that is, only 0.3 mm of 9mm of the consumables (electrode CT – 309 (bullet). The aim of the improvement is to change the robot's manual adjustment system to an autonomous adjustment system, thus ensuring the conscious use of its consumables. Petri nets were used to model the system and from this, a prototype was proposed using the ladder language and instruction list as programming. At the end, the metrics of the processes before and after optimization are compared. If before we used 3% of the electrode, after the improvement we achieved the result of 67% use of the electrode, that is, we started to use 6mm of the electrode, keeping only the final 3mm as a safety margin with reference to the manufacturer's recommendation.Item Sistema de controle de acesso utilizando Internet das Coisas e tecnologia RFDI/(2024-12-20) Cruz Junior, Assunção Aleme da; Frota, Vitor Bremgarther da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6100146230873494; Frota, Vitor Bremgartner da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6100146230873494; Velozo, Hugo Alves; Santos, Alyson de Jesus dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5998752909180697This work aims to develop a system that allows user authentication and access validation, using IoT (Internet of Things) and RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technologies, along with the ESP32 microcontroller and a device such as a mobile phone or computer. The user, through an RFID tag, will validate their access, which will be checked in real-time in a Firebase-hosted database. The system will then proceed with the authentication and decide whether access is authorized or not. To achieve this goal, it was necessary to integrate hardware and software resources, using Firebase Realtime Database for data storage and management. The chosen development platform was the Arduino IDE, and the ESP32 board was used as the main microcontroller, with the assistance of actuators to control access. This work aims to provide the user with the ability to monitor and control access in a practical and efficient manner.
