This work presents a proposal for the development of an equipment inventory system using RFID technology (Radio Frequency Identification) in wireless networks. RFID has emerged as an effective and reliable solution for real-time asset tracking, revolutionizing how inventories are managed in various industries. The proposed system integrates RFID technology with cloud databases, enabling continuous monitoring of equipment in various locations. This approach allows for real-time updates as assets are moved, eliminating the need for manual interventions and offering a unified view of each item's status. The system is scalable, adaptable to emerging technologies such as IoT and AI, and provides a long-term solution for organizations aiming to enhance their operational efficiency. The proposed system aims to optimize inventory management, offering a scalable solution that reduces human error, operational costs, and improves real-time asset control. The research includes design, implementation, and testing phases, alongside cost analysis and future technological integrations.

This work aims to develop a system that allows user authentication and access validation, using IoT (Internet of Things) and RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technologies, along with the ESP32 microcontroller and a device such as a mobile phone or computer. The user, through an RFID tag, will validate their access, which will be checked in real-time in a Firebase-hosted database. The system will then proceed with the authentication and decide whether access is authorized or not. To achieve this goal, it was necessary to integrate hardware and software resources, using Firebase Realtime Database for data storage and management. The chosen development platform was the Arduino IDE, and the ESP32 board was used as the main microcontroller, with the assistance of actuators to control access. This work aims to provide the user with the ability to monitor and control access in a practical and efficient manner.
