Item Gestão de resíduos orgânicos gerados no restaurante do IFAM-CMDI e a distribuição de alimentos pela assistência estudantil - IFAM-CMDI(2018-11-07) Alencar, Vanessa Galvão; Machado, Ana Lúcia Soares; Melo, Larissa Alencar deThe generation of organic waste in Brazil, has alarming data, there is a culture of waste in the country, this fact was verified in an educational institution in the provision of daily meals to students who participate in a PNAES. However, not all students who submit to the edict are considered due to insufficient resources. Faced with this was thought how to reduce the waste of food, as well as the disposal of organic waste, reverting them in more benefits. In this way interviews and weighing and in loco observation of the wasted foods and the causes of this done, as well as possible solutions were made. Therefore, the objective of the research, from the standpoint of environmental management and reverse logistics, was to elaborate a data collection about the distribution of food and evaluate the effectiveness of the supply chain management and its characteristics. To point out how logistics works in this food supply process at IFAM - CMDI. Thus, during the month of analysis, the average number of dishes served to the 220 students was approximately 800 grams of food per dish, thus calculating the total wasted in the month, which was 124 kg of waste ingestion and 254 kg of bark of the preparation, it can be said that approximately 472 food dishes could have been provided the most in the month, benefiting more students with the social benefit related to food. If the knowledge of management and reverse logistics is implemented to make food distribution more effective, with fewer losses and to analyze ways of transforming losses into gains, within an educational process, it will be possible to contribute to a better service of the PNAES.Item O marketing de relacionamento na logística de distribuição do comércio eletrônico de Manaus(2018-12-05) Tokuta, Gilvaneide CastroThis article aims to present data related to the bibliographical research concerning the importance of relationship marketing of companies through actions linked to logistic actions in electronic commerce. Over the years telecommunications systems has been consolidating as an important business component since, to have competitiveness and productivity, and a reliable structure with minimum possible failures is required. This work is about a case study in a structured cabling system already installed and in operation, of a small building located in the Campus Manaus Industrial District (CMDI) of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Amazonas (IFAM). The study was based on the ABNT NBR 14565: 2013 standard, in order to analyze if the system approached followed the guidelines contained in the standard. In order to reach this objective, the following methodology was used: bibliographic review of technical norms and related bibliographies, field research to collect information, and finally to evaluate if the information obtained meets what is determined in the standard. In this context, after the on-site survey and with the information obtained, a diagram was developed with all the hardware located in the Equipment Room; were identified, quantified and mapped in plants low Telecommunication Outlets (TO), as well as verified the operation of each. The scope of this paper is formed by a brief history of the emergence of occupational safety standards, machine safety system types, safety guards, sensors, valves, safety blocks, Programmable Logical Controller, interlocking devices, emergency stop, lifting. and understanding of the process and each equipment that makes up the system, process risk analysis and measures taken to carry out the project implementation. Such approaches aim to show the regulatory norm 12 and its applications in the safety system that will be presented as object of study of the safety barrier implantation system obeying the items established in the regulatory norm 12 whose purpose is to avoid work accidents, improving the safety of the workers. production technicians and mechanics who are part of the equipment preventive, corrective maintenance and operation process. The embedded system is responsible for measuring the following bicycle parameters: speed, total mileage and caloric expenditure. The design of the onboard computer is disposed of ESP32 microprocessor, HALL effect sensor and application installed on the mobile phone. In addition, a magnet will be implanted in the rim of the tire for the magnetic sensor to be read. The on-board computer will also have a system capable of recharging the battery, being composed of dynamo and a voltage and current controller circuit that will recharge the battery. Also described is one of the applicability of SDR which is to make changes to the entire structure of the equipment without the need to modify the hardware, but only the graphical interface (in LabVIEW) or changing the program lines, SDR is a project that offers low implementation cost, reduced hardware, flexible system and etc. Its limitations are the processors, the Digital-Analog and Digital-Analog converters, the modules that make up your hardware (WIFI, frequency cap, etc.). In their work, Figueroa and Nobre (1990) used 226 rainfall stations to identify the spatial and temporal distribution of rainfall in the Amazon region. This survey identified in detail the period of the year where rainfall occurs most frequently in the region, while the period of highest rainfall was identified between November and March. The city of Manaus, is located in the central part of the Amazon, Region that have high precipitation rates over 600 mm. This work was developed with the objective of analyzing the effects of these atmospheric precipitations on the signal propagation of the LTE 4G technology in the city, to identify areas of low coverage, since these failures are due to rapid rains, heavy rains or long term rainfall. Natural phenomena that frequently occur in the rainy season of the Amazon Region. Signal Prediction software installed on a notebook was used to collect this data received by the network access equipment, a modem enabled for web access and other services, and a Frequency Scanner was also used to collect the Gross Signal, the electromagnetic wave itself emitted by the Base Radio Stations (ERB) installed by the city of Manaus in several strategic points. Subsequently, a comparison was made of the measurements made in the environment with enough trees and few buildings with opposite climatic conditions, intense rains and intense sun. The chosen location of the first comparative analysis is located in the neighborhood of Santa Etelvina, chosen for analysis of aerial images of the city of Manaus with the Free Software Google EARTH. The second location chosen for the comparative analysis was the neighborhood of Cachoerinha, where there are quite old buildings and not much wooded and following the same criteria, opposite climatic conditions, intense rains and intense sun. Understand the origin of this phenomenon is of paramount significance, in order to give the most appropriate approach, and also ascertain the process necessary to maintain a quality standard in services. Therefore, the issue will be discussed, what comes to be an HFC network (Hybrid Fiber Coax), its origin and initial disposition and after the emerging of the hybrid network, emphasizing the part of the coaxial network, because it is the one that most wear out from the noise effects. Then, the main types of noise will be mentioned, along with the graph and its characteristics. The public lighting system is a service that, of course, must accompany the growth of cities and the increase in demand, making system supervision and control even more important and necessary. Dependence on essential services like this, may mean that there is a need to obtain more and more new, intelligent and effective alternatives to maintain the services. This work aims to demonstrate how communication via XBee radios can be inserted in this context, and help in the supervision and control of public lighting. In order to achieve the objective, we sought to develop a project based on the formation of a communication network, using the ZigBee protocol, through the XBee radios, in which there is a supervision and control station and a remote station, simulating a public lighting spot, which uses an LDR light sensor to collect data from the environment, and sends it, through the ZigBee network, to the supervision and control station. The supervision and control station also has the Arduino platform, which uses the processing capacity to analyze the data received and send a control command to the remote station. The network formed by the XBee radios proved to be reliable, easy to initiate and good performance, thanks to the fast and stable connection of the modules, which allowed the remote node to send the collected data to the central and get the control remote back to the activation of the lighting point. This study took place in the northern zone of Manaus, where the replacement of PDH modems by SDH interconnected with ring topology was performed, allowing greater gain in service protection and equipment stability in the fixed telephone service in the study area. SDH is a unified, high-speed digital transmission system that provides greater capacity and efficiency in network management, as well as a considerable price reduction. The multiplexing process, because it is more flexible, makes this step much simpler than PDH, which requires equipment symmetry at all points of the network. An SDH signal can be inserted at a higher rate without going through intermediate stages (BERNAL FILHO, 2009). The paper described the advantages and disadvantages of using data transmission via SDH for enterprise. The methods employed were bibliographic and field research, with replacement of data via PDH by SDH. After replacement, the availability of services was improved, especially due to the remote management obtained. El principal objetivo del proyecto consiste en el enfoque de la tecnología de corrección dinámica del factor de potencia basado en accionamientos de condensadores por medio de un monitoreo y control capaz de conmutar bancos capacitivos utilizando un microcontrolador. Para ello, el prototipo debe informar a los usuarios a través de un smartphone parámetros eléctricos como señales de tensión, corriente de fase y factor de potencia. En la realización de ese trabajo se utilizó el microcontrolador dsPIC30F3012. Thus, this work aims to develop a communication system in the dependencies of the Federal Institute of Amazonas, allowing the exchange of information between servers and students without the need for staff to travel to classrooms, avoiding delays and mishaps in passing communications. It is noticeable that news or reports are being shared every day, but due to the dispersal of students in college, the means by which data must be announced is difficult for all to see simultaneously. In addition, the process of disclosing warnings or breaking news is not publicly transmitted. Currently, the Federal Institute of Amazonas does not have a device that provides the objectives demonstrated by this study, the proposal to create a system for exclusive communication of IFAM between students, servers and teachers of low cost and embedded, which meets the current need for a technology. vision to make the exchange of information agile, planned and effective. The lack of this type of system in school environments emphasizes research and development in the technological area providing continuous improvement in communication processes, due to the concern about the lack of transparency with students and teachers. Thus, the ESP8266 microcontroller, embedded on the NodeMCU hardware platform, is responsible for receiving the JSON file, which interprets by displaying the string (text) in the LED array. This microcontroller is commonly used and has the ability to receive codes via WiFi and is suitable for the project as it uses the IFAM LAN for sending messages. Transformations in health, economics and communication are examples of these changes and the area of education is one of the fields that suffers the most positive influences from the use of technology. Thus, this work presents the development of a low-cost educational platform based on the bar and ball system for teaching the discipline of control of dynamic systems to be allocated in the control laboratory of the Federal Institute of Amazonas (IFAM), where students can study the performance of dynamic systems and prove concepts seen in the classroom, avoiding the abstraction caused by classroom theory. It is well known that the teaching of engineering based exclusively on speeches passes on a very incomplete and not very instigating idea, which generates disapproval and disinterest on the part of the students. Currently, there is no educational platform at the Federal Institute of Amazonas aimed at teaching the control discipline as developed in this work. Therefore, an educational platform was developed to be used exclusively by IFAM teachers and students, filling the lack of a technology that combines the theory seen in classrooms and operational practice. The lack of this type of tool, in a technology teaching site, is a flaw that must be remedied in order to improve the campus teaching process and instigate research to be carried out in the area that highlight the IFAM’s name. Therefore, a modeling of the bar and ball system, bibliographic review of the PID controller with implementation through the Arduino platform, development of a graphical interface to control the bar and ball plant through the software in Labview, in addition to the simulation and analysis of the plant in Matlab software in order to graphically present the system performance and the possible gains of the controller through the Matlab control toolbox and systems.Item Sistema de alerta luminoso de aproximação e posicionamento veicular em um capacete para motociclistas destinado a pessoas com deficiência auditiva(2020-06-29) Ribeiro Júnior, Roberval Jovino; Rodrigues, Marlos André Silva; Rodrigues, Marlos André Silva; Marães, Paula Araújo; Cordeiro, Celso SouzaThis project aims to implement a helmet alert system for motorcyclists with hearing impairment. Basic concepts of electronic and complex circuits based on ESP32 will be presented, accompanied by studies on Assistive Technology, how it has been developed over the years, as well as the types of communication made by electronic components and the most used ways for reading blind spot objects through books, websites and tutorials. Thus, it is intended to build a practical and dynamic project, which the user feels comfortable carrying as if he were wearing any helmet, in addition to the social inclusion of people with hearing impairment, ensuring a greater sense of security and improving perception of vehicle positioning.Item 3 L printer: projeto e desenvolvimento de uma impressora 3D de baixo custo baseado no processo de prototipagem rápida(2020-10-15) Silveira, Leone Raulino; Nascimento, José Fábio de Lima; Nascimento, José Fábio de Lima; Abreu, Luiz Henrique Portela de; Sampaio, Ricardo BrandãoThis article presents the development of a low-cost 3D printer through fusion and deposition modeling, using the rapid prototyping method useful for making parts in a simple, inexpensive and personalized way. The vast majority of the project's components were printed on the 3D Creality printer, others purchased at the lowest price available on the market and the rest through the used retailer. The technologies used to build the machine were due to the interdisciplinary nature of the electrical, electronic, mechanical and programming areas so that they work in a systemic way. In order to avoid overheating due to the high current demand of the system, a thermal relay was used to protect the developed project. After assembling and calibrating the 3L Printer, quality and precision comparable to commercial printers was achieved. In addition to analyzing the project’s functionalities, comparing it with a real Spectrum Analyzer, or an oscilloscope with compatible function, and also comparing it with projects already published.
