Resumo

This educational product results from a research process conducted within the Professional Doctorate of the Graduate Program in Technological Education (PPGET) at the Federal Institute of Education, Science, and Technology of Amazonas (IFAM). Its primary objective is to establish itself as a pedagogical resource, presented in the format of a Didactic Guide, aimed at supporting Physical Education teachers working in Integrated High School programs in the teaching of health-related topics through a Pedagogical Intervention grounded in Project-Based Learning (PBL). The guide is structured in two parts: the first outlines the theoretical framework of the proposal, addressing Physical Education within the context of Integrated High School, the conceptualization of health in school-based Physical Education, and the fundamentals of PBL. The second part presents the Pedagogical Intervention model based on PBL, organized into six phases and developed through four lesson plans and six instructional scripts. The intervention seeks to promote a process whereby students not only comprehend health concepts but also critically reflect upon and engage with the social determinants that produce unequal health conditions. In this sense, the educational product is characterized as an alternative that contributes to the comprehensive education of students, highlighting the relevance of Physical Education in Integrated High School not merely as a curricular component associated with sports practices, but as a key discipline for the promotion of health and quality of life.
