    Automatização do processo de paletização de evaporadores de condicionadores de ar a partir dos pilares da indústria 4.0: estudo de um modelo

    The general objective of this study is to describe the process of automating the palletizing process of evaporators on a production line, using the technologies from the pillars of Industry 4.0. The research methodology respects the characteristics of descriptive research, with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the automation of the evaporator palletizing process, by adopting Industry 4.0 technologies, brought significant improvements in operational efficiency and work safety. A substantial reduction in cycle time and improvement in process accuracy and consistency were observed, which corroborates the hypothesis that the integration of advanced automation and control systems, together with intuitive human-machine interfaces, leads to an increase in productivity.

    RAMI 4.0 aplicada ao setor industrial: uma revisão bibliográfica sobre a sua aplicabilidade na indústria 4.0

    The present study has the general objective of analyzing the benefits and advantages of the RAMI 4.0 architecture in improving the production chain in Industry 4.0. The methodology respects the characteristics of bibliographical research, based on articles from the period 2018 to 2023, in the Scielo databases, Google Scholar, Periodicals CAPES and university websites that present scientific works published on the subject. The results show that with the implementation of RAMI 4.0, greater practicality is provided due to the presence of connectivity in the technologies used; ensures that the company's main objectives are achieved and introduces the company to a new level of organization, in which it is capable of managing its entire value chain along with the product's life cycle. In addition, with the availability of all relevant information in real time, it is possible to integrate all agencies participating in value creation processes, and also create value networks between self-organized companies, dynamic and in real time through the interconnection of people, “things” and systems according to their capacities.

    The world is going through countless changes and paradigms, Industry 4.0 is a revolution that will impact both the industrial and the social environment, in the academic environment, academic productions that address this theme have already begun. It brings with it one of the interactions ever seen and is based on some technologies such as: Internet of Things, Additive Manufacturing, Test Beds, Big Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence. This work seeks to present to the academy how these subjects are being approached by the academics of the Control and Automation Engineering course of IFAM-CMDI in their final works. The results showed that the authors use tools that are pillars of industry 4.0, although some do not address all the aspects that compose it in the course of the works studied.

    Sistema de detecção de objeto personalizado utilizando inteligência artificial

    This work aims to develop an automatic object verification system on a production line. Currently, there is a market for object detection that comprises values above R$ 100 thousand reais for the implementation of the same project. The project is based on being developed on a completely Open Source platform. The proposal consists of creating a low-cost Python language system that solves the problems of instantaneous line stops and field problems related to the lack of the object and make it portable to any computer. Due to the fast time of the line some boxes go unnoticed in the eyes of the operator and with the implemented system it is expected that all boxes are controlled and detect all manuals and take their own actions autonomously without the need for human intervention following the concept of industry 4.0. The developed system had quick responses (about 40 milliseconds) for the evaluation of each image and is already implemented in the factory.
